Purchased the outsunny gazebo in grey, which was the cheapest on tge Web for same gazebo, delivery arrived a day earlier, straightforward to put up but needs 2 persons, fills up the area nicely.
Some good prices, let down by in-store delivery
Some good prices, and friendly staff, but let down when things go wrong. Ordered for in-store collection, received confirmation that dispatched to store, but had to visit store after a week to highlight order still not received in-store. 4 days later, customer services finally instigated replacement order. 3 weeks after order, finally able to pick-up.
wasted tie and money
i ordered a product on line collected from wokingham store and was handed product unwrapped when i went to use it when i got home the thing was broken. Not my fault but after a very long time wasted on phone calls I had to waste money on petrol and car parking just to get a refund. Measurement details are wrong on the website
The description of the plastic crates that I bought was 10cm too short on the Robert Dyas website and, therefore, they did not fit into my wardrobe. I had to drive back into town and pay to park again in order to return them. Worse still, I noticed when I checked the website, that the same thing had happened to someone else and Robert Dyas hadn't bothered to correct the length measurement even after it had been pointed out to them that it was incorrect.

I have not even received an email on whether the product is now delivered to the store. When I first ordered it online, it said it’s available the next day. Then as soon as I ordered, I received an email saying that the delivery was delayed due to no stock. It shouldn’t have said the product was available in the store from the beginning!

Always very helpful and friendly at our local store on Barnet High Street. If what I need isn't in stock they check the website for us whilst there and can order.
Still waiting for the right item after 3 weeks
Ordered 3 weeks ago. Incorrect item delivered and despite repeated emails to customer services I just keep being told ‘we are liaising with our trusted suppliers’ and being asked to wait (another) 24-48 hours for an update which never comes. I have now asked for a refund as no delivery information has been forthcoming but it has so far been ignored. Disappointing service. And the correct item continues to appear as for sale and available on the website.

Wrong item delivered - still unresolved week later
Wrong item was delivered, and seven days later the issue still isn’t resolved. I ordered garden chairs, but they were delivered in the wrong colour. The box is giagantic, blocking an exit and I’m stuck waiting for Robert Dyas to coordinate with a delivery partner to pick up the wrong item before they’ll even send or reserve the right items. I’ve called customer service and their only response is wait another 24-48 hours (last said three days ago).
