Great ROMAPASS
The Romapass is great to enter with out queueing. But it not very clear to know what is included and what is with discount. But the the pass is great (and I think make you save money). I think that we need à notice with the pass to know all the visit inclused and all the visite you can do with a discount .
Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Received the cards
Received the cards. When registering, the instructions didn’t work correctly. So for each card we had a different wntey time for the Vatican museum. Emails failed (the were returned), when we tried to call there was no answer. So far, we are not impressed
Limited places to pick the card,
Limited places to pick the card. We wrote for help but never received answering. If visiting the main 4 places this card doesn't really means an advantage for accessing as colosseum, vaticano you will wait in the queue as the rest of the mortals from sunlight to dawn. The major advantage is that you can take city buses. I expected to find any preferences in accessing to history places or discounts in restaurants or any other real advantages.
Buying this card is totally misleading
Buying this card is totally misleading. After paying so much money for this it was a waste of time. We didn`t realise we still had to make reservations to get into places so we totally missed going in the Collesium. I was also fined 54euros on the bus as I was told my card was not valid. I had to pay the fine immediately as the inspector on was arrogant and aggressive. I was totally distraught, no compassion whatsoever, I am totally disappointed in this Omnia card as three of us it cost 387 Euros in total.
OMNIA did not turn out to be as useful…
OMNIA did not turn out to be as useful as I expected. The biggest shortcoming was the lack of fast track to St. Peter's Basilica (about a 30-minute wait from 9 am in full sun in line). At the same time, additional entrances like to the basilica's dome as well as to the treasury are charged extra, and despite having an OMNIA card, there is not even a discount in this regard. It also turned out that the Vatican Gardens have an additional fee.
Compared to 2014, the card's usefulness has dropped a lot, and its price has increased.
The biggest negative experience was a clash with the people in charge of the hopon-hopoff bus (formerly Vatican Bus), now merged with Big Bus Rome. A person who introduced himself as the "Chief of Passengers" tried to prevent us from boarding the bus because we had an OMNIA card and had not bought tickets from him. This person turned out to be extremely rude, and I view the merger of the Vatican bus with Big Bus Rome (in retrospect) negatively, as it affected the quality of service. I leave aside the fact that this bus is not currently one of the punctual ones.
The best part of OMNIA was the Roma Card, but this one can be purchased for a fraction of the overall price.
In the future, I will very strongly consider buying OMNIA again for the fourth time.
Not worth the price
Book everything BEFORE get ring your card
We took the 72h card to end our 1 month trip in Europe before heading back. The all-access card was given to us as payed two months before. They indicated the reservation have to be made online, and mostly all museums were reserved for a few days after the 72 hours will be over. We basically paid for a card that is useless and we need to pay back the other tours which are not available for Omnia but still available for other companies! Unless you know exaclty where you will be, this was the worst choice made for this 15th travel!
The information about the reservation in advance should clearly be written on the Omnia Card ad! This was misleading and I hope other people did not get this horrible experience. I soule have paid the hop-on alone knowing that would be the only thing available. Even the coliseum cannot be booked online ! Only 40 hours to go!
Horrible
Horrible ! I paid this card to have a visit to all monument mentioned , then i got the news that i have to book to visit the coloseo and it's was fully booked. You have to mention in your web site in RED that it's not automatically you will have the access to all monument, and you have to make reservation, then i don't see the necessity of this card when i paid this huge amount and didn't have the access of the most important place .
I'am a professional in touristic sector, i will never suggest this card .
I bought the tickets for the Vatican…
I bought the tickets for the Vatican and then you do not have availability on any of the days that I traveled to Rome, before selling the tickets you should ask what day you want to go to the Vatican
Unhappy experience
I bought 2 Omnia pass 72h with roma pass . I then tried to book my visits, but it's impossible. No dates are available for the month of May. I lost a lot of time organizing the visits. I have to go to the sites to visit because booking a visit online is impossible .
Before I arrived in Rome, I sent two emails to book the visits without any reply, then I phoned OMNIA and after several attempts, I was finally able to book the visit to the Vatican Museum on Wednesday afternoon and the possibility of booking the Basilica as a free visit on the same day. But they forgot to say that the site is closed every Wednesday before noon. It's a pity, for me it's a lost afternoon...
Example : I go to the coliseum, I have to book online, but on the spot for 55 euros I can book a guided tour, the black market works very well. The result is that I lost half a day trying to visit the site I paid for without success
I consider OMNIA to be a big scam and a big money spinner as you are selling unavailable places.
If you were honest, we could book the visit before paying the pass
Booking and almost everything about the…
Booking and almost everything about the card is very counterintuitive.
Worst experience ever
Great customer service
Great customer service. There were no slots available to book the Sistine Chapel when we bought the Omnia card but Customer service were great and made sure we were able to book a slot.
Not worth the money
Although I think the Rome card is a good idea, I purchased it with the understanding that it would save me money and get me into multiple attractions. In reality, I was only able to get into one attraction out of 7, and use the tourist bus, by using this pass, because all other attractions were completely booked. With extra emails and effort, the Omnia card customer service was able to get us in for the Sistine Chapel, so I'm giving two stars instead of one. But I'm pretty disappointed and wouldn't recommend these cards. Maybe the Omnia/Rome card companies should put warnings on their websites about needing to book early, and say that reservations are required for ALL attractions, which we found to be the case.
Bought it few days before visit
Bought it few days before visit, as when looked at individual bookings places weren't available, in particular collosseum.
All pretty accurate at glance, but some things could be improved. Hence they high price I was expecting premium.
Collosseum has to be booked on top of roma card, and it is hard to get at last minute, 1 or 2 days before. (Best times look few weeks before)Apart of that kids could have been included in public transport, it was such a hassle keep going buying single tickets, although cheap 1 to 1.5 euro, it was hassle. Prepare yourself that st peter basilica visit is for free, so the advert of in omnia/ Roma card is not accurate regarding it, just have to come early at 6 -7 am to avoid lines. Lines looked real long at 10am, so do not bother.

we cannot open the Omnia pas for overseeing the bookings we made
Really useful card
Really useful card. Can go onto the hop on hop off bus. Fast pass into the Vatican. Only down side, booked saint Peters, turned up at correct time and queue was so long. Would have not got to next booking if we had waiting. Was disappointed.
Not possible to see ticket availability…
Not possible to see ticket availability before the purchase. Cancelling the ticket was so hard. It toki mee 3 days with several email, chats and Phone calls.
