I spent long Time to pay the 2 euros for the Colysseum, everybody wants to visit it. So it’s better to include the cost in the Pass.
The city guide is no use
The city guide is basically no use. When I opened it, there are only tours showing the price. I was given the user name and password, but for what? Or I don't know how to use it for free?
The subway and bus from Romepass is convenient.

Close to a rip off
Close to a rip off! Sounds good to have a hop-on hop off bus to visit the town but nobody tells you that the Vatican (the yellow bus) uses only 2 buses. They give you a time table when the bus will arrive but looks like the bus driver does not get that time table. First time we waited about 45 min for a bus, second time close to an hour while we could watch the other lines (green, red) coming and going. The entrance to Vatican Museum with omnia card was working but at the colosseum where we arrived at 9.30 in the morning we were told that we need to make a reservation first for entrance. There was nothing available before 4 pm. Of course, we could pay 35 €, join a guided group and go in straight away. Obviously it was not a problem of having to many people in the colosseum. By the way, the guided tour was very good! If you are in Rom for the first time be aware that many of the interesting places are in walking distance to each other and you will most probably visit not as many museums as you think. For st. peter‘s basilica, pantheon, fontana di trevi or piazza venezia you do not pay entrance fee. My advice - save your money for a beer or coffee at a piazza and don‘t waste it on the omnia card.

Website doesn’t work
The website where to book the museums doesn’t work. It takes too much time to book a date.
Card too expensive
First , you have to know that St Peter's Basilic is free and concerning the Coliseum , it's impossible to book a date .

we bought this thinking we were going to be. using transport daily to get us around but when we got to our hotel we realised that we were right in the thick of places with the colosseum and Forum just around the corner. But getting in to places for free or with a discount still made it useful. Would recommend buying one if you are not in the centre and the hop on bus was good to see where the places were.

My purchase was made more interesting by the Italian language, but my phone translated the words I needed to succeed. Thank you for the availability of this card. My daughter and I look forward to using it in June when we fly into Rome.

No bus stops have the omnia sign so until you actually catch the bus it’s unsure what is your one. The lady on the bus was not very happy. The attractions were perfect but you needed to take ID with you. Should have been told this when picking up tickets bit late after queuing for an hour. We had the Vatican tour and the lady that took us had perfect English and was very knowledgeable and passionate.
Two weeks ago
Two weeks ago, my girlfriend and me went to Rome to spend a few days. The trip was booked last december but we get the Omnia card that includes the Roma Pass a few days before.
The thing is we could enjoy most of the monuments and places with those cards but the last day every single museum was closed so we can not see such important things as "Capilla Sixtina" for example. In adiction to this, i lost my Roma Pass.
So on Monday 09th of March, we decided to go to Omnia office near to Panteon. There was a man who, when we told him our situation, did not care at all and not propose any other plan to see or to do. His only answer was that if we wantend to get Roma Pass back, we should go to another information point near Fontana de Trevi. We get this point by 12 pm and we had the most awfull situation we could have. We were "assisted" by a woman who told us that it was not her responsability and that she appreciated if we go back to the Omnia Office to tell them that making a copy of Roma Pass or put a stamp in a paper to use ir one day its not her job. She was not professional at all and showing any passion of her job. We were impressed by the city but unfortunatelly, very dissapointed by people who are in charged of caring Roman tourism.
Due to this inconvenients we want to know if any compensation is possible.
We wait for your response.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards

Amazing
Amazing, the pass helped us get around the city very easily and into all the places without any hassle.
Happy so far.....
My review is about only about the purchase, we have not used the card yet.
