Not impressed with quality

Honestly, if you have a Roolee store near you, then try the clothes on and make sure you like the fit and quality. I live in California so I didn't have that option.

The problem I had was that the clothes felt reallyyy super cheap for the price they were charging; cute, yes but super cheap material that does not feel nice on the skin.

Second, the sizing was way out of wack. I ordered 3 shirts, all in small and only one fit the way it was supposed to. The other two shirts fit like a large and the website had not listen these shirts as oversized or anything.

Save yourself the headache and shop Piper & Scoot instead

I hate leaving bad reviews. It's not fair when a company is labeled poorly because one random customer one bad experience. Unfortunately, I don't feel like I've been given any other choice. Roolee has the cutest modest dresses! It's hard to find things that are in style AND meet my modesty standards. Some of my most favorite articles of clothing are from there. Unfortunately, they fall very short in the quality department as well as the customer service department. I paid nearly $60 for a dress that lost a button first wear along with three others being loose enough to fall off also. I wrote an email to customer service in an attempt to get a new button or maybe exchange the dress for a new one but they don't do any of that. Not only that, I was really disappointed with how short the correspondence was. Void of kindness or sympathy for the faulty garment. I went to the website to leave a review of the dress so others could at least be aware and take precaution but it's no wonder they don't have anywhere to leave reviews. In the mean time, that same dress is only a month old now and has THE WORST pilling. Ugh. Such a bummer. I'm a mom of two under 18 months and I don't have time or patience for expensive crap products that don't hold up. Definitely sticking with Piper & Scoot from now on. At least they back their product.

I gave one star because I had to click something to get to type my review. AWFUL return policy. I’m now stuck with $120 worth of merchandise that they won’t even give me in store credit for. What store does this??? Really bad customer service. I will never shop here again.

Poor customer service and watch out for return policy

I purchased a pair of sandals on June 16th and received them on June 26th. They were way too small so I called them on July 25th to see if I can return or exchange them. I was told no that I was past my 30 day window even though the items weren’t received until June 26th and that I couldn’t exchange them because their merchandise sells out too quickly? This seems absurd and not customer friendly at all. Now I’m stuck with a pair of $70 sandals that I can’t even wear.

I bought a pair of sandals and after a few wears they cracked, with some persuading i got them replaced but after 2 wears of the new pair, they yet again cracked. I am very disappointed with the quality. I can't get a refund or replacement now and I am just left with broken shoes.

Disappointing

Disappointing. Like another reviewer here, I bought a pair of sandals (Forever Yours Platforms) and wore them for less than two months (not every day, but occasionally). Not only are both soles completely cracked, but yesterday the ankle strap came out of it's slot in the bottom of the shoe and I can no longer wear them. Naturally, I contacted them and got the answer that faulty items must be returned within 15 days. So there's nothing I can do.

Shoes are supposed to last longer than two months. Quality brands stand by their products and would replace a shoe if something like this happened so soon after buying. To me, this speaks to the quality of Roolee's products if they only allow 15 days for anything to happen, and after that you're on your own. It feels like they don't trust their product, and the fact that product reviews aren't allowed on their website further enforces this opinion. I won't be shopping there anymore.

I gave two stars because the shoe was cute and comfortable...before it broke.

So disappointed

So disappointed! I bought a pair of Better With You platform sandals on Roolee's site about 2 months ago and they have already completely separated from the sole. When I contacted customer service, they told me returns for faulty items can only be within the first 15 days of the purchase. I'm incredibly disappointed considering these shoes were about $60 and I've worn them less than 20 times in total. Do not buy from this brand which pedals cheap, faulty merchandise under the pretense of quality.

Worst online shopping experience ever

I am having my credit card company dispute the charges.

Confused

I am not one to ever write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed in this company and confused considering all of the positive reviews on other sites. I’ve bought from them twice now online. The first time, the tops I received were of very poor quality, but I assumed that was because of the fabric they were made of (rayon). This time ordered two tops on sale to give the company another shot. Again, they were made of extremely cheap, see-through fabrics despite being 100% cotton. Not only that, but I was supposed to get about $15 off of these products since I bought them on sale (I even double checked my email receipt). Yet I was charged full price according to the billing ticket they sent in the package. I can find MUCH better quality elsewhere at a fair price. Considering the up charge for low quality, shady pricing, and suspiciously positive reviews, I advise you to steer clear of this company.

Roolee is my favorite!!!!

Roolee is my favorite online shop! Being a Christian lady it is so hard to find modest and affordable clothing. But then Roolee came along. They are constantly coming out with new trendy items and always have great sales.

Every purchase I have made was true to size, great quality, and picture perfect!
They also have amazing accessories to finish off your outfit :)

Love this brand

Roolee is the best!

Love roolee! Quality clothing and so cute. They are a great company all the way around. I love their involvement with good causes such as Operation under ground railroad. (or @ourrescue on Instagram.) Highly recommend purchasing from this upstanding company.

I have bought several things on Roolee! They have amazing prices, and great customer service! I ordered something one day and it didn't fit after I got it and they worked with me and they were so helpful! They accepted my return and quickly refunded me! I absolutely love everything about this company!

Cute selection of clothes!

I'd never heard of Roolee before but came across a dress I wanted on Google Images. I was in two minds about ordering because I couldn't seem to find any reviews for the website itself. I did a few checks and they have a contact number and address and the website itself is secure so I decided to bite the bullet and order some items. Delivery was quick and I was provided with tracking information. Items arrived and they were of very good quality. One of the dresses did not fit well so I decided to return it for a refund. The process itself was simple enough, I filled out a form and sent the item back, at my own cost. A few days later I received my refund. Very happy with the service and products, would happily shop from here again. :)
