My experience with RoomLab was fantastic. Weronika was so patient, listening to me and making helpful suggestions, even accommodating last minute changes. Thank you Weronika for making this a wonderful experience with RoomLab. She helped change my living room and conservatory space into a child friendly yet modern space. Really happy with the end result and this definitely won’t be the last time I will be using RoomLab.

Had a great experience working w Rabia! She did a fabulous job translating my style into the space and made our smallish flat look and feel much bigger! She found great pieces of high quality that were well within our budget. We love our place now and couldn’t be happier with the results!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Room Lab. Sarah and Nathalie are both lovely, helpful, talented and nothing is a trouble. Sarah created an amazing design for our master bedroom and it looks so beautiful- All we asked for and more. Amazing designs for a small price. I would definitely recommend it to everyone as Room Lab exceeded our expectations.

My experience with RoomLab surpassed all expectations. I found working with Designer Melody to be a very collaborative and creative process, and I’m very excited about the final designs for my living room and bedroom. In addition, the white glove service of coordinating and managing all deliveries via Nathalie is extremely helpful for someone like me, who travels extensively for work. All in all, an incredible value that will take any room from ordinary to extraordinary. Thank you, RoomLab!

I would rate Roomlab 5 stars for the following reasons:

Firstly, I think the way Roomlab operates is ingenious. When I heard it from my friend that the designer can design a room from photos taken from each corner I was very unsure until my friend showed me the end result. It was brilliant!
Secondly, the cost is very reasonable. Making designer home accessible to many people at very little hassle
Thirdly but not the least the designer Weronika and all the staff Alex & Nathalie that I dealt with were very friendly and dedicated!
My flat was transformed with the design. All my friends visited us said the same.
You can choose the level of design you want as well. As I only wanted to design my flat so it looks more appealing on the photo to attract buyers and I was able to keep majority of the large furnitures with the design so that I don’t spend too much on the flat I’m selling. On the other hand you can choose to design you rooms from scratch and have as much details as you want. You also have the flexibility of either let roomlab order the Designing items for you or buy similar ones yourself. When they do the ordering they can even collect them and then deliver to you in one go so that you don’t need to stay at home everyday for pascal delivery.....
there are many many reasons that I would recommend roomlab, in fact when I move I’ll use them again!

I would strong recommend using Room Lab - it was a little shaky start as it took a few weeks to connect me to a designer - but once I was, Rabia was amazing- she called to understand what I wanted to really ended up working with me to design the style of bedroom I wanted- she was very prompt with her replies and sent a number of suggestions when I wasn’t completely convinced- I would say she delivered above and beyond including helping me find a solution for and set up a complicated corner in the room to hide an ugly gas meter- successfully. I enjoyed working with her very much and will be using her again for the living room. Thank you!

interior designer. I have had an utterly wonderful experience with RoomLab. Everyone from the co-ordinator Nathalie to the designer were an utter joy to work with, and I felt supported every step of the way, and got on very well personally with everyone on the team - what a professional and friendly bunch of people. My designer Melody designed the perfect rooms for me - they are just so gorgeous and unique! - and the way RoomLab order and deliver all the products took a great deal of stress off me - it's such a painless process. It was incredible value for money, and I am now the proud of owner of 3 new rooms courtesy of RoomLab, which match my personality perfectly. The furniture that was sourced was so original and beautiful, and I am going to enjoy every little bit of my room for years to come. I would give 10 stars if I could! x

A very happy experience

I had never had any dealings with interior designers or design companies previously and my dealings with Roomlab surpassed all my expectations. From my initial phone call when the process was explained to the final stage where I find myself now, with Roomlab having coordinated delivery of items and keeping me informed of delivery dates , I could not have asked for more. My designer, Weronika, listened carefully to my desires , presented, changed various items and then the final design! The coffee table she found was amazing as were lights, rugs, pouffes, and sofas. Genuinely just the look I was dreaming of. Prior to my contact with Roomlab I was totally overwhelmed by pinterest, magazine pictures etc etc. Having weronika to sort it all out was probably one of the best investments I have made. Benefiting from the trade discounts the company can procure the actual cost of the design is negligible and for me well worth it !

The whole experience with Roomlab has been very plesant, compared to other suppliers that I had to deal with during my move.

I would highly recommend you to use their delivery service, where they will store all the furniture that you have chosen at their warehouse, and deliver to you in one delivery. This would save you a lot of troubles of chasing for delivery update and wait at home for a whole day for just one package etc.

The staffs at roomlab are friendly, patient and happy to meet all of your reasonable demands. Good job.

In terms of the design, as long as you communicate clearly with your designer on budget and style, you should be able to get a decent design for your rooms.

Used RoomLab for a nursery design. Design process was quick and easy. We had a couple of issues with faulty items, which was no fault of RoomLab. Nathalie in the customer service team was excellent. Replacement items / Refunds were dealt with straight away. We were always kept upto date by Nathalie along the way.

We were matched with a great designer and due to time constraint, our project got abandoned. RL was on hand to listen to us and took care of our furniture order during this stressful time

We are absolutely pleased with the customer service of the team, always keeping us in loop and updating us through out the project which we greatly appreciated. We recommend RL highly and hope to be able to work with their designer on another project.

The room lab process was excellent. My designer Melody really understood my vision and the room has come together beautifully. Alex was excellent in terms of communication and any questions I had were answered within the day. I would definitely use Room Lab again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
