It’s Not what it claims to be — a deeply disappointing experience.

I had high hopes when ordering from Rosamosario, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the luxury image they promote. The product I received looked significantly different from the photos — almost like it was from a different brand.

When I requested a return, communication became evasive. I was told I had initiated a chargeback, which wasn’t true. This felt like a tactic to avoid responsibility.

Even more concerning, the company dismisses all criticism as “fake” or from “jealous people,” which is both unprofessional and worrying. Rather than acknowledging real customer concerns, they deflect and deny.

This is not the kind of treatment you expect from a brand positioned as high-end. Luxury means quality — not just in product, but in service and honesty too.

The pieces you get are not the pieces shown on the website and you won´t get a refund.
I bought a robe and what i got was a damaged and unprofessional patched something that looked TOTALLY different from the piece i saw on the pictures (different size, different lenght, different sleeves, different color)
Wait 4 weeks now for my refund, which so far wasn´t made. They promise every day, but don´t do it.
It´s sad because the pieces look beautiful on pictures, but don´t buy there!

I purchased a robe for my wedding and it arrived looking way inferior than how it was presented on the website, this I could get over.. but the sleeves were way too short so I did not want my wedding getting ready photos in this.

I asked to return and they supplied a label, seemingly good so far! It took them over a week to accept the return package and I’ve waited 2 months for a refund. I just went to follow up with them on instagram and they BLOCKED ME. So unprofessional! A waste of $1100.

I ignored the bad reviews and ordered from them, trust me do NOT ORDER from this company!!!

Update to their reply- they could have explained this to me instead of blocking me. They left me no choice but to open a dispute at the 6 week mark with multiple emails going ignored. On top of it, they haven’t even replied to my credit card company which would have simply resolved everything.

Shame I would have liked to order things from them in the future but this was a bad experience

I spent £560 in July ..and nothing has arrived. There is Zero customer service ..I have sent 7 emails and have called them but no one picks up..this is so frustrating. Do not buy from them.

I wish I've looked them up before shopping with them. I have placed a few orders but there was always an issue; late deliveries, missing items, and no or very slow response. I placed my last order in November and they kept promising delivery for weeks. In the end I requested a refund and filed a complaint through my visa card. I was surprised that they finally sent my order, only that - once again - an item was missing! It's unfortunate that that they're very unprofessional.

My first order from end of December 2023 was shipped very quickly and everything was fine. My second order was placed on January 24, 2024 and after more than a month (today is February 29) it still hasn’t been shipped! Rosamosario is not replying to emails at all and I also haven’t received a reply via WhatsApp. The only replies I received was on Instagram, but there they keep telling me that my order will be shipped soon for weeks now. I have never experienced something like this before. It’s more than a month now and I have no idea when my order will reach me or even IF it will ever. In the same period of time I have ordered items from other luxury lingerie brands and everything was shipped within a few days. This is unacceptable. I ordered this item in January for a photo shooting in March and I have no idea if it will reach me on time.

They are engaged in stealing designs from independent makers. Do not use.

I purchased a beaded soft cup bra from this company for about $400 aud which I think is pretty expensive. Before I ordered I explained my sizing in detail and the garment they sent was waaaay too small. I contacted them to resolve the issue, agreeing to accept an exchange for the correct sizing or just send it back for a refund. They said they would send a courier for the item but never did despite me trying to make this happen multiple times. I tried to contact them via email on their website, instagram, the Italian payment company they used to no avail. There were mostly no replies. I offered many ways to resolve the issue but they did not respond or take any action. They just ignored me. I ended up losing my money as they claimed I still had the item but would not give me an address to send it back to. This company is disgusting. It looks so beautiful and glamourous on the outside but they are really only chasing celebrity dollars and 1% ruling class purchasers. If you are a regular every day person, forget it. You will most likely receive something unsuitable and lose hundreds of dollars of your money without any positive outcome. I was so glad to read the other reviews as I thought I was the only person this happened to. Don't waste your time. This company has not integrity whatsoever. It's a shame because it could be so successful but with unethical practices you are taking a huge risk buying from this designer.

Rosamosario is a fraud. This site sends defective products. It looks completely different from the picture. And they don't reply to exchange or refund emails. I lost a lot of money because of this site. I saw a lot of people protesting in the comments on their official instagram, but they deleted all the comments. It's been almost a year since I asked for a refund. I've sent a lot of emails, but I still haven't received a refund.

They are running a total scam. I purchased a number of items, only some of which arrived after weeks of waiting. The ones which did arrive looked nothing like the photos. I was horrified to receive them, they were not the right size, not the same colour as the photos, and they were missing lace and very poorly made.

I emailed Carlotta Danti, the scamming owner of this company to show photos of the items received compared to what was advertised - and asking for a refund. I was not replied to, and so I had to pay myself to return these items to their office in Milan, with tracked for delivery.

These goods were signed for by this company - and yet I have had NO refund. I have sent numerous emails, but not £0 back. I am owed over £600. They do not reply to emails, but they have all the returned items, as well as a number of items which they never even sent - and are simply holding my money for goods they hold.

I would beg anyone not to buy with them, I am now in the process of reporting this fraud to the police.

Don't be fooled by the photos of beautiful garments, you will NOT get what you receive.
