Online orders repeatedly ignored
Sadly, I have had the same experience of their online service as other people here. It has happened before, and I should have learned my lesson then (when they eventually despatched someone from the office to hand deliver it to me), but I naively thought they would have improved by the time of my next order. WRONG! So the order I placed on 11th May (for which they took my money) has still not arrived - it's now 18th June.
They have zero customer service, no conscience and no sense of what it means to look after loyal customers, people who actually want to buy their products because they are good! For instance, if there's a problem with supply or their couriers, let us know! But just saying nothing and hiding behind their happy-clappy FaceBook page is not acceptable - it's deceitful.
So unless they turn this around for me and all the other complainants here in a hurry, I shall be going elsewhere for my coffee.
