Why is Wigan council using a company that bully the vunerable add 300 on before even knocking on your door they are nothing but scammers and bullies shame on Wigan council

SCAMMERS.BECAREFULL I've got a penalty from tower hamlets that I was fighting because was unfair. This Rundles send me 6 days ago the warrant of control of goods because i didn't paid 280£ PENALTY so...it's 280+235 £ them fee. Total 515.00
But today 24/09/2025. 6 day later came the letter with warrant that I have to pay just the 280£ THAT I CAN CONTACT THEM TO PAY 280£ ...im reporting them to the police and to the council. They are scamming people.

Absolute scumbags. They came to my partners last week over council tax from last year were she fell behind . We explained that its the first time these bailiffs have contacted us and we hadnt even recieved a letter, after the baliff had been so rude to my partner I spoke to him for him then to start messaging me saying he is coming back to the house today even though he had only dropped the letter few hours before I again called the office and stated again that we had never heard from them before then they insisted they had contacted us via letter before and we had to pay the extra call out charge. Guess what came today in the post , this apparent letter they say they sent out 6 weeks ago. After calling them to complain there excuse was that its royal mails fault amd we still have to pay the extra nearly £400. How these scum can get away with this is unreal

This company needs to update their website no ethics what so ever. The bailiffs need training in people skills, as they are arrogant they was threatening towards by daughter who was alone in the early hours of the morning. We were on the phone with them saying are going to pay but wanted to contact there office first but just gave us abuse saying that they were going to start removing items.

This company are acting illegally by terrorising venerable people across United Kingdom. There days are numbered. They do not have any power and seize goods, not certified. They are acting with illegal documents. No wet signature, no judges name, no court number and date when the hearing was taking place. If anyone is threatening with so called any Balliffs or enforcement officer/s nor agents. They do not have power because all they are producing is "FAKE" warrants. Please do not panic at all. Confront them and ask them if the documents they have has all of the above from the Magistrate Court or County Court, The council tax is a civil matter not criminal matter. You can attend the court and see for yourself. The real court would have a list of court number on the lists, court number and the judge's name etc. They don't have all of this. The council hire the court for the day which means is not a real court. Call the Magistrates Court or County Court telephone number which you can obtain from the "Google"Speak to the Clerk at the counter and ask them why are you here or phone the court yourself.

Company is a absolutely terrible, harassing customers. Should be reported to the police! Vile !!!!!!!

Absolutely a joke of a company, staff just aren’t bothered about any queries and ask onto speak to the managed several time and Tyler refused to put me through. Did advise that my calls were recorded which made no difference and the lack of empathy was mind blowing. The bill was for a council tax which the council got wrong. Will be reporting to fax and also send call transcript to my solicitor as will be taking legal action due to the distress caused. Samantha the manager should be retrained as has no management skills and refuses to talk to customers

Absolutely disgusting company, they use bullying tactics every month regarding payment regardless if your payment is due or not. Constantly messaging and emailing threatening to send enforcement agents out. I have Constantly told them i suffer with mental health and their tactics makes my situation worse which goes ignored everytime. We're now down to our last payment of £28 and THEIR threatening to send agents around to remove goods! THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HELP PEOPLE LET ALONE TRADE.

Tried contacting this company regarding a debt from the West Midlands area which is over 10 years old... pointless sending emails as email address not monitored.... pointless sending WhatsApp messages as they don't reply for hours and always repeat the same question asking for account number your name and address.... Unable to get through on the phone line always busy....Now I don't claim to be a legal expert but as far as I am aware any debt over 6 years old is statute barred and therefore can not be enforced

My land lord was meant to have been playing my council tax and failed to do so, resulting in me having to pay 3360 pound.

I just rang to clear thr balance and they have just added 75 pound on top of my bill.

Staff are absolutely awful and jobs worthes.

They haven't got a clue what they are doing. They need shutting down ASAP.

They don't give a dam about how you live or what you earn.

They keep adding fees on and making up stupid excuses to screw you out of more money.

How this company was set up, I'll never know.

I was homeless, jobless and penniless due to no fault of my own for three months and finally got back on my feet. The last two months I have paid £50 a month towards my debt for my council tax from six years ago. (I was never informed of any of this information from the council).
I’ve received threatening messages with bailiffs and further fees to be added on top of my Debt already. I am paying £50 a month as that is all I can physically afford. This company do not accept that and are asking for me to pay more, I have said to them and I can prove to them I cannot Afford any more than £50 a month. They haven’t even asked to see my credit report to show I can’t afford more than £50 they simply just say NO.
If extra fee are added on top of my debt I will not pay as I’m am clearly trying to pay of my debt. Not sure how adding more debt is going to help me clear this and stay on my feet. I am absolutely Appalled. I’ve asked to speak to somebody higher but was refused.

I refused to enter a payment plan due to knowing I wouldn't be able to commit to a set date. I made the commitment that each month I'd pay what I can. Each month I've paid a minimum of 50£. The last payment being last week. The debt was down to 101£ but today they put a letter through the door with added fees pushing the debt back up to £315. In total I'd have paid £845 in fees for a debt which was only 700£ to start with. Im an independent mum working part time and studying. This debt came about when my mum died, resulting in my daughter, and I being evicted from mums home, and the council passing the tax bill onto me.

Absolute cowboys, missed a payment due to financial issues as laid off, I was 4 days late attempted to make contact over 7 times no answer tried the callback feature no reply, no way of contacting via email unless its the noreply which I did to the response not monitered, im sure they are!!! employing their footsoldiers to use harsh enforcement techniques to harass the elderly in their assisted living homes almost causing a medical issue with very ill 78 year old man. Reported to FCA, Baliff - Mr Howarth .... North West area

Wow I've arranged a payment & payment arrangement, totally ignored. Discusting excuse for a company

In my opinion, an organisation that fails to do proper research and as a result harasses completely innocent people. Further, based on my direct experience, they misconstrue GDPR and other privacy laws to invade and film on private property. Based on my experience, I suggest whoever is responsible for regulating this firm should consider removing their licence to practice.

This company add charges even after it has been proven the debt has been paid. They do not carry out their due diligence and enjoy causing people pain and hardship. They harass elderly people and abuse people. I would advise everyone to report them to FCA. Its free and can be done on a website.

Would give NO STARS but that’s not an option.

Can’t even ring them on there website always says user busy, staff answering the phones are RUDE, the WhatsApp messages are RUDE when all we wanted to do was speak to someone to do a payment plan.
Once the payment plan was put into place we asked for it all down in writing so the payment plan doesn’t get broken either end!
Asked to speak to a manager but the lady the other end say it WAS NOT possible.
How is it NOT possible to speak to a manager of a company.
The lady on the phone took our payment and HUNG UP!
We tried being nice asked for a bit of help! But it was all DEMANDS!!
DON’T BE SCARED OF THIS COMPANY OR THERE LETTERS!!

No consideration for the fact we are living in a cost of living crisis. Constant harassment even when explaining mental health and proving this with sick notes. Company aught to be a shamed of themselves. No human decency and very demanding. These type of companies are what put people in the ground. Law needs to be changed! Also do your research these companies can not demand debt payments due to being a third party and myself not agreeing a payment with them or having the debt with them in the first place always go back to local council they will help as they want the debt paying.
