I ordered a delivery to the remote oilfield in which my girlfriend works. The delivery was many hours late and what she received was not what I paid for. I contacted the customer service who did a great job making up for the initial disappointment soon after. I used the services of Russianflora in another occasion too and the final result had been quite satisfying, with the flowers delivered even better looking than the ones in the picture on the website. I will definitely therefore use their services again in future and I totally recommend doing so to others.

I've made several orders and all they were delivered in a very short (less than 24h!) time, my addressees were very happy, pleased and really surprised with the quality of the perfume, chocolates as well as the wine and the decoration!
Russianflora is my favorite gift service and I recommend it all my friends and I will (sure!) make new orders again and again :)

I have used Russian Flora three times now and have had great service. My girlfriend always loves the flowers and gifts. I was worried at first, but they are a great company and have never let me down.

I rarely take the time to write any reviews but in this particular case I make an exception because Miriam (Oksana also contributed),and their detail-oriented local agent did a great job perfectly executing the order and keeping me informed.

I am a first time customer, so I was a little nervous but everything turned out perfectly. I have not experienced such exceptional service in years here in the U.S. Every company here could learn from Russian Flora and Miriam, although I do note RF and Miram are based in the U.S.

My lady sent pictures of everything, the flowers and the card. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, even luscious. My lady was very happy, and that is the most important thing!

I was very pleasantly surpised how nice the card was that I included and that my personal message was written PERFECTLY without a single error. That alone was impressive.

Of great significance amd value, Miriam sent me status notifications when the order was processed, and MOST importantly a very accurate time of delivery and who accepted it. Notably, the young man who delivered wrote very good notes and is very attentive to his work. Fantastic! * I think I've never seen so much care and attention given by any flower delivery service. In fact, many other American companies of varied industries could learn a thing or two from Russian Flora, Miriam and Oksana, and their great agent in St. Petersburg.

So indeed, I'm very impressed with Russian Flora, Miriam Muller and their local agent in St Petersburg (I don't know who they are) but they all did great.

In France, I ordered flowers for Russia, with two errors in my order form, including the recipient's address. My order was controlled by team RussianFlora and errors corrected by them. We could exchange with extreme kindness. This N'SET not an anonymous site or "robotic" as found both, but deeply human, competent and efficient.

I looked through a number of sites, including American, Canadian and Russian, when looking for an anniversary gift to be delivered in Moscow in 48 hours. By far the selection Russianflora offered on-line was the best and included not only flowers but also a good selection of items as gifts. After placing an order I was kept informed of every step in approving the order and then making sure the company had alternate phone numbers of the recipient to make sure the gift was delivered on the day of the anniversary. The customer service was very thorough and detailed making sure they have the required information to ensure on-time delivery. Support by phone was very courteous and professional. I am from Tampa Florida and have a fiancee in Uzbekistan. I used this service to send her some early Valentines Day flowers. The service was amazing. Even though we are 10 hours apart, I was sent emails keeping me up to date from the moment I sent my payment until they delivered the flowers. Then when they delivered them, they took a picture of her with the flowers at the front door and sent it to me, before my finacee exen called. The bad news was that the flowers were not in very good shape. So I called and sent a photo to Russian FLora. With no problem at all, they responded immediately, and agreed to redeliver the flowers within hours. I was totally amazed. These people are the most professional I have ever used, including all over the US. Order with ZERO worries. This is a voluntary review, I was not paid or compensated for doing this.

I ordered yesterday and delivery was made this morning. It's been a wonderful experience every step of the way. From the moment I placed the order to the moment delivery was made. The picture provided of the recipient with the flowers is a nice touch indeed. They kept me updated throughout.

I have used this company for several years. I'm in NZ and Mom is in east Russia. Every year I get the same excellent repeat performance. Delivery of flowers and gift basket. They usually throw in free chocolates when I go over a certain amount. Always good quality no rubbish. Now they also remind me just before the birthday so I don't forget!! Also use them for Women's Day and other special occasions. Recommended.

Finding and trusting a business to do the right thing and to deliver firstly a quality product, and secondly to deliver that product when requested by me to someone in Russia as promised is always a worry, especially as I live so far in Australia. This is the second time I have used Russiaflora to send a gift to a my friend in Russia. Both times they have delivered the gifts I chose on the day that I had requested. My friend sent me photos of the gifts and I saw that they were exactly what I had ordered. Both times my friend told me that the flowers were beautiful with wonderful scent, and the chocolates were delicious. My friend was thrilled and very happy with the gifts, which made me very happy. I wish I were there to enjoy them myself. I will be using their business again. I cannot recommend Russianflora highly enough and will be letting my friends know how good a company it is.

Who would of thought I'd be able to order flowers in the US for delivery in Turkmenistan. And the product was great! I highly recommend RussianFlora and will be using their service again.
