Not sure why the website is still up or the number is still active.
Don't rent from them
Don't rent from them. Our AC, heat and hot water heater never worked. I was told from RVnGO that I would hear back within the same day. After 100+ calls and emails, my issues were never resolved and had to pay $140 for 'supposed' damages to the RV including a thermostat button that cracked out after pushing twice.
DONT
RVnGo has refused to reply to emails or phone calls about an issue I had over the summer with a van we rented. The van had an electrical issue (no ones fault) and we had to stay in hotels for nearly a week because the AC would not work overnight in the southwestern desert. I had to spend close to $1000 extra for our trip and RVnGo refuses to discuss any resolution to the problem. I lost a good deal of money on campsite reservations, had to shorten my trip, and could not stay overnight in the van. This is not why I paid them $5000 for rental. Their customer service is non existent and they are incredibly unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Their insurance is expensive and…
Their insurance is expensive and useless. You aren't covered unless you have a person outside the trailer who is taking a video of you while you're parking. Who does that? Then there's a $20,000 deductible. That's more than what the trailer was worth. Never again.
Host is a SCAMMER, vacation ruined
As guest I have been SCAMMED by one of their hosts - Wendi Fairchild from Las Vegas. A few months ago I sent a rental inquiry through the RVnGO website and they leaked my email address to the host. As a consequence the host contacted me directly to clarify details and in parallel conducted the transaction impersonating RVnGO. I received emails on RVnGO seemingly-legit letterhead with the rental quote, payment prompts and booking confirmations. After I paid the balance due, the host DISAPPEARED. I have lost $3000 and my family vacation is completely ruined. RVnGO has failed to not respond to my emails, phone calls or voicemail messages. They are not a serious company, they don’t treat data securely. Don’t trust them!

IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN USE THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company! The individuals that rent their RV’s through it take your money then cancel in the 11th hour. They also show one RV and when you show up to get it the thing isn’t as described or a totally different RV. This company is a scam. No return emails or phone calls. I’m out a thousand bucks for the time being.
RVnGO owes me over $50K insurance claims
RVnGO owes my company over $50,000.00. For 2 insurance claims and 1 road side assistance claims.
RNnGO has not been paying insurance claims. They avoid paying at all costs.
Feel free to contact me at Premier Luxury RV Rentals 908 227 4756 for a full explanation. I have over 50 emails that we are going to pay . But they never did. Since last posting I have had others contact me about the same issue.
RVNGO allowed a scammer to list (7)…
RVNGO allowed a scammer to list (7) fraudulent vehicles from one owner despite this owner not renting one single vehicle through their site. Red Flag? Apparently not to RVNGO!! I am now out $1000 and have asked RVNGO management to contact me but of course there is no call from anyone!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SITE!! And of course RVNGO are saying i communicated with them outside of the site....RVNGO put me in contact with them!!!!! This scam artist still has vehicles listed on their site!!!!

Run a fast as you can from this company
I had a nightmare of an experience with RVNGO and I urge you to find a different platform. I had a renter soft swipe my trailer and RVNGO insurance did not make it right. I had an entire claim denied through RVNGO. I had date stamped pictures of no pre existing damage, and an external inspection agreement. Do not use RVNGO!!

Trying to book a one-way rental
Trying to book a one-way rental. RV's show as available with my filters (one-way, 2 guests, 1 pet, etc). I try to book several different RV's, only to receive a "decision" a bit later that the owner has declined my reservation. What is the point of showing "available" rentals just to have the owner decline it every time? Useless and will take my business elsewhere.
Edit: Not the platforms fault. It has been a frustrating experience trying to get a one-way RV rental from any platform, not just RVnGo, and I unfairly took it out on them in the form of this review. I have given up on renting an RV entirely, but it is not the sites fault that an Owner chooses not accept, whatever their reason may be. I have updated my review to three stars as I do wish there was a better way to search for RVs that are truly available and willing to rent for the desired purpose.

I thought I found a good deal
I thought I found a good deal. But the renter, an RV rental company, won't respond to my inquiry. I can't prove it but, I feel like it's because the price quoted by RVnGo is almost half the price quoted for the same thing on the renter's own web page. I will probably end up using a different vendor.

RVnGO HAS POTENTIAL TO BE GREAT
I've been renting my travel trailer on RVnGO now for little over 6 months now. They are a fairly new rental platform, so baring with them thru the growing pains is essential and understandable. However, they have a top notch sales director in Larry Lesser. He has been great to work with and takes the time to help the owners come to solutions with their problems. The best part of it, RVnGO doesn't take any commissions from my sales. Now that means they haven't had the capital to put into marketing to generate the type of traffic of say RVShare or Outdoorsy....but they are getting there. Nor do they have the logistical platform that has the user friendly features of some of their competitors. However, I'll be patient a little while longer and see how they grow. My biggest compliment is they treat all their operators the same...whether you have a million dollars of inventory on their site, or just $30k. Being a small operator, keeping 100% of my rental is essential to grow! RVnGO has potential to be great!
This guest is becoming a host on RVNGO.
As a guest a few weeks ago I have to say that my experience with RVNGO was top-notch. From finding the perfect rental to communicating with both the host and the RVNGO team. I had one issue during our trip, but these are vehicles with a lot of moving parts and water pumps can leak. Again not something that I can hold against RVNGO or the Host. This was my final trip in an RV before getting my own unit. After talking to the host about what they have dealt with on all of the platforms. I am going to be listing with RVNGO.

Do not book your rv on Rvngo
Do not book your rv on Rvngo. I'm trying them for the first time and its a nightmare. I spoke with reps over the phone the few times the phone worked.
Not one told me they were not giving payouts to the owners. I book with two other companies and never had problems getting my payouts.
I got a booking a few days later. When the payment didn't show up I had to call a few times never get connected. Then I got a call from Rvngo and told them the problem. They told me they are having problems doing payouts. They said I should have gotten a email saying that. I never got one. They had me to email my banking info and said it would be a few days more before I get the payment. So I don't know if that will happen, again never being told they were having problems doing payouts. The booking is for 4 weeks. Should I go get my rv or wait for how long. Will the payout even happen?

RVNGO for the win again
RVNGO for the win again. I had an issue with my listing and could not figure it out. I called their team and was extremely happy that I was speaking to someone where there was not a language barrier. Being stressed out already I did not want to talk to a call center where someone was working off a screen telling them what to day. Liam was great to work with. He helped me with the issue in my listing and off my guest went. Thank you RVNGO for the help and the huge solid.
The Lucus rv rental
We rented the "lucus" RV and the host of the Rv was extremely nice! He was so very helpful and friendly! The Rv was clean and well kept. He gave us direction's on our set up and our break down. He also allowed us to call him at any time with any issues and was always a delight to talk too. We are very pleased with out trip and when we rent again it will be from the same gentleman we rented from already.
