Bought garden furniture. Arrived within 2 weeks. Top quality and really pleased with the set, however 1 piece of wood on the table was warped. Contacted company and they returned after 2 weeks and changed the complete table with a new one. We bought direct from the company.

Ordered a garden set from this company, (via Etsy), on 30/05/23.
The website states that they try to dispatch orders 7 to 10 days after they are placed.
Called them on several occasions, (with my contact details), through to voicemail every time. Never returned my calls.
Emailed them on 22/06/23 through their website, with a request for a delivery date for my order. They replied that I should contact them through Etsy, as I would “get assistance quicker”.
They were obviously aware of my request, so why did I need to go through Etsy?
I just wanted a delivery date.
They then informed me that they were “not able to access our etsy account in this department, on this system (we have more than one) we have IT problem”.
No mention was made of a delivery date.
I initiated a refund request through PayPal, (22/06/23), and told them this.
They said they had “passed your request for a refund over to the relevant dept and they are in the process of taking your delivery off the Allocated delivery date of 30th June. A full refund will be allocated for you.”
The person who signed the emails I received, (C#######e), was not at all helpful and seemed unable to answer a simple request for an update.
I have given this company a 1 star rating because there is no option to give a zero star one.

All round excellent!
Ok took 3 weeks from order to delivery but the day after I ordered they confirmed there was a delay and offered a refund but I was happy to wait and I’m pleased I did.
Very good quality, very good much better than the big name stores, friendly driver and delivered on the day they advised.
After reading some reviews I was apprehensive it would be but it was. Absolutely the best buy.
Don’t be put off by a few negatives.

Ordered a garden set (bench, two chairs, coffee table and trays) on 26 May. They were delivered on 4 June so great service. Delivery team were great. Love the furniture, and the price (£299) was very good.

Ignore the 5 STAR reviews on their web page! The furniture might be lovely but not worth the hassle to get it and you will have to treat it all with protection for the SOFT wood, another expense added on.

Called the company prior to ordering to get information on delivery date, 7-12 days it says on the webpage, was told 14 days which I was happy with and bought a garden dining set.

A week later they confirmed delivery of almost a month due to “unexpected problems” with their factory. OK, not good but I put up with it.

Delivery should have been 1st June – received a call a day prior: “delivery driver not available anymore – delivery almost another week out”, at this stage I cancelled the order because I had read the reviews on here and knew I would not get my furniture in the near future.

Wasted a month waiting for the furniture, now have to wait another 3 months until the money is back on my card. Do not waste your time and hard earned money with these people.

Customer service is rude and does not respond to emails in timely manner. Sounded like they were happy for me to cancel the order too!!

Would never buy from this company again.

Ordered 5th of May.

I ordered a Jack and Jill set through their website, I must admit I had read some of the reviews and wasn't expecting it to arrive on the date they stated, but it did and nice and early, before I left for work. The set is excellent quality. I just need to get some preservative now, as the chap who delivered it advised another coat to protect it.

Further to their failure to send an essential missing component for the garden table, multiple attempts to speak with them by telephone resulted in engaged, unanswered or message facility.

You’ve guessed it, folks, zilch feedback!

As much use as a stairlift in a bungalow.

Their so-called delivered assembled became diy here.

Great company, was informed of delivery all the way via Amazon, sturdy affordable chair for the garden, liked it so much ha e just ordered another one to replace my worn out ones

Ordered garden furniture in April this year under Staffordshire Outbuildings through Amazon and was given a delivery date then this was cancelled due to problems at the factory and a new date was given. This delivery was again cancelled due to different problems at the factory and yet another new date was given so by this time we decided enough was enough so we contacted Amazon who arranged us a refund (Good job Amazon). Would never do business with this company again.

ordered on the Monday and delivered fully assembled on the Thursday! Dealt direct with company and they were very helpful and even made a piece specially to order. Quality is far superior to what I had expected for the price. Would not hesitate to recommend. The problems others have had seem to be when orders are placed through Amazon!

Great table. Great price. They constructed it on site. So why only three stars? Well they don't tell you when they are delivering they just turn up. This would have been a problem if l hadn't been in. Too heavy and l can't construct myself. It would be do easy just to send an email. For this reason although l wanted other items l can't order from them again. Its like the old song for the want of a nail hhe horse wad lost. For the want of a message the customer was lost

Amazing service, fast delivery and great quality! Would recommend.

Bought 2 wooden garden chairs.
Very sturdy and comfortable. Gave them a clear polyurethane coat just as added protection and they look beautiful in my garden. Used them every day so far.
Notified delivery date by e-mail from SGF which was great customer service and the driver was bright and early (around 7:30AM) so absolutely perfect.
At £74 each, in comparison to similar chairs available from other manufacturers, these are excellent value for money.

Absolutely awful service! Ordered a table and 6 chairs on 4th April. Ad said delivery normally within 10 days. When nothing had been received by 22nd chased them up by email and phone. Never any response so kept calling them on phone till finally someone answered. Was told delivery would be 9th May whiz we said was no good as away on holiday till the 23rd. Stressed we needed it for a special occasion at start of June and to arrange delivery as soon after 23rd as possible.
Returned from holiday and still no delivery date confirmed. After countless attempts to get through on the phone on the 26th of May, finally got through to someone who said earliest they could deliver was 9th of June.
Has to agree to this, despite me being away as had another event on the weekend of the 11th June.
Got a call from my wife late on the 9th to say they had delivered it, but without table legs!
Have tried repeatedly on the 10th to get through via email and phone to confirm what they are doing about it and when the legs will be delivered and no response.

All well and good trying to buy British and support ‘local economy’ as we are Midlands based, but when the service is so atrocious you wonder why you bother!

So update is that table legs were delivered at 7.00 am on Saturday 11th.

Garden table ordered early May was advised out for delivery on 25th. no table arrived Amazon advised it was out for delivery 1st June, no table arrived. Tried to contact seller but phone constantly engaged, gave up and cancelled order with Amazon

Just taken receipt of a 4ft 6in garden table. Very well made, sturdy and excellent quality at an extremely good price. Delivered by helpful, friendly person.
