I brought a garden bench and chair last year and just brought the coffee table to go with it. They are a lovely set. The delievery was fast and customer services are very knowledgeable and fast replying. Thanks so much

Purchased a Jack and Jill set of 2 chairs and a connecting tray (brilliant idea) .
Very well made and delivered by a very helpful and polite driver who carried the furniture around to our garden.
Also helpful staff replied to my e mail about which wood preservative to be used.

I can't sing the praises enough for this company, I ordered a table and it was delivered the following week by a lovely delivery man who fought through shocking weather to get to us on time. Excellent quality and workmanship. Thank you Lesley in Eastbourne

BRILLIANT! ordered a settee and chair from their website delivered in 2 weeks. Delivery driver was super, carried them around into the garden. The furniture is FABULOUS and the price was fantastic, We would not hesitate to use them again. Many thanks. Mr. & Mrs. Sushams.

Excellent. Sturdy substantial furniture which will stand the test of time and have received many compliments from friends and neighbours. Everything just as seen on the site. Order and delivery service excellent. Could not fault it.

Having bought a set of 2 garden chairs and a removable tray for just £169 I can't rate this company highly enough. It's stylish, well designed and built to a high standard. I would have expected to pay considerably more than this for such a quality product. With the current shortage of raw materials there was a delay in receiving the order but it was certainly worth the wait. I can understand why the company is so busy, hence it took a few attempts to contact them. But they were extremely helpful and friendly.

Ordered a garden dining table end of July, expected to wait up to 28 days, but received it in less than half the time.
Assembled where I wanted it in the garden. I’m very happy with the quality and will be getting a matching bench.

Ordered my garden furniture before reading reviews ! I hadn’t actually paid though, through bank transfer, however 2 days after placing order, I received an email saying delivery within 4 days.
I decided to pay my order & 2 days after, my furniture was delivered on time that day & I had a phone call confirming on the day.
I am absolutely delighted with my seating, very sturdy, excellent value for money, can’t fault it !!

I bought the 2 seater bench through amazon.. I blooming love it.. just on website now to get details so I can treat myself to the jack and jill seat.. so well built.. I love it..

Yes there was a long wait ordered from amazon.
And they do say ignore amazon delivery times.
We've had a table and 6 chairs arrived tea time yesterday, Sunday
And the build quality is exceptional well worth the wait.
And the driver was brilliant put the stuff together on bother THANK YOU.

Horrendous company l ordered on the 29th may & have only initially spoken with a human being once as tried countless times always says busy please call back l advice everyone to stay clear of this company & wonder if l may actually now ever receive my garden furniture. Assembled and delivered by a lovely bloke who was very helpful.
Two benches, 2 chairs and the table - already treated.
Quality is outstanding, I mean really outstanding.
You would struggle to get anything better and for the price it is incredible.

Quality garden table, polite and courteous delivery, which included assembly in my garden. Cash on delivery, and great value. Arrived earlier than expected - took 23 days from date of order.

I bought 2 chairs and a 2 seater bench from this company got to say it was a pleasure to deal with them no hassle payed on delivery and I received 2 weeks early furniture loos amazing.

Shame there is no option to give NO STARS AT ALL. Waited for my furniture for 6 weeks (instead of the promised 11 to 19 days) before loosing patience and requesting my money back. Luckily, I ordered through Amazon - at least I got my money back. Had a number of explanations - from 'due to high demand' to 'due to problems with Amazon', and when I dared to ask which one it actually was, they just put the phone down. Conclusion: Unless you are after the experience of waiting for a VERY long time (while your money has been taken from your account immediately after you order), look elsewhere...

Don’t go near them. Ordered directly from their website in May. Got an automated receipt for payment for a table and nothing since. I have left several answerphone messages and emailed. Nothing. They’ve been sitting on my money ever since. They have had plenty of opportunity to respond. Legal proceedings start now.

Just had my furniture delivered a companion set and a bench. I am so pleased with the quality best I have seen anywhere. Price is very reasonable to so double bonus. My experience is Amazon are given out unrealistic order times. Got my money back and ordered direct from the company the customer service was excellent. Delivered on time. Will be using this company again. Product amazing you won't be dissapointed.

Appalling. Was told it would be arriving, waited all afternoon. No delivery. No communication. They NEVER answer the phone or reply to emails. Thank goodness I didn't pay upfront. Wonder if it will ever turn up?

OK so it's 2 weeks late, but it's arrived and I have to say, it's a beautiful bench. Eventually did get apologies for the lack of communication via an email. Such a shame that Comms weren't better, but will be sitting on the bench later with a G&T.
