Great service as always. My necklace came well packaged and is lovely. It is much bigger than expected and quite striking design. It is a gift and I am sure the recipient will love it. The free jewellery box is very attractive too but not worth the amount it says in the book/online.

Shiptons are quality for goods, service and delivery
I have been ordering from Shiptons for many years, and so too has my daughter. They items are really lovely and well made, the service on ordering and delivery is excellent. The staff in all departments are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. If refunds are required they are just as good. I would recommend Shiptons as second to none.

Shipton are great I would definetly recommend without hesitation !!!
Over a ,number of years I have bought several necklaces which were well designed, of top quality nests and much admired. This necklace was made of cheap quality beads in horrible colours and definitely did not match up to expectations !
However I have ordered two Blossom flower bracelets and I hope the will as good as my three lovely necklaces which I purchased earlier this year.

Beautifully made presented and packaged.
I was absolutely thrilled when I opened the box and saw the beautiful brooch I had ordered for a friend's birthday. It was exquisitely made and I could almost make out the expression on the horse's face. One I have seen in real life many times. Not only was the jewellery beautiful but the service was excellent too.

I had to return one item (amethyst ring) from my order as the colour of the stone was not as per the catalogue. I was offered an exchange up to £10 more than the value, which was good and I found one a bit more than that but used the £10 voucher I'd had with my original order. I was able to return it Freepost and I was kept up-to-date by Sunny with progress. My alternative ring was turned around by Sunny in 24 hours and I was surprised to find not only was a £5 voucher enclosed but a lovely amethyst keyring! How's that for service?
