Purchasing eyeglasses can be a daunting task especially if you are new to glasses, like me. I had only purchased glasses once before. I was ready for a new eyeglasses, both close and distant. I also had new prescription. I knew I didn't want to pay those high prices again. I asked my son-in-law, a long-time glasses wearer, where I could try to buy them online. He sent me to Simply Eyeglasses. It was a very pleasant experience. I decided since I didn't know what I was doing, I would call to talk to someone. Cindy helped me. She made the whole experience a breeze. She was very patient and knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Cindy helped me get exactly what I wanted. I ordered 4 pair. Soon after, my new glasses arrived by mail. But there was something very wrong, I couldn't see with them. After talking to Cindy, who was very understanding and calm. I decided to go back to where I got the prescription. It turned out that that new prescription was not correct. So, Cindy sent me a return label, I returned the glasses along with the brand-new prescription. I got all 4 pair of glasses yesterday. They're perfect!!! I will definitely be purchasing my eyeglasses from this company. I have even decided to send my old frames (that are in good shape) to them for new lenses so that I can have a few extra pair.

I rarely ever do reviews unless im extremely impressed. I am EXTREMELY impressed with Simply eyeglasses. They are wonderful and the prices are beyond reasonable.I sent in two expensive designer glasses that needed new progressive lenses. I had spent 3 days researching and found them online. I was concerned about shipping my glasses off to a online not brick and mortar, especially considering that the price was less then half of over 20 places i contacted. I am so pleased with customer service..turn around time and the quality of the work is outstanding.

This is my first experience with Simply Eyeglasses, though not my first online eyeglasses purchase.

Even when I realised after making my order that I'd made a mistake, contacting them was straight forward. Cindy made it very easy to correct my error, and make sure I received the frames that I was actually after.

I have a big head, and it's always been a problem finding frames that not only fit, but look great on me, and these frames are the most comfortable frames I've ever worn, and stylish as hell.

I've had no complaints with my other online provider, and Simply are in fact a little more expensive than them. Having said that though, Simply are still way more affordable compared to bricks'n'mortar eyeglass outlets here in Australia, and offer a broader range of stylish frames for all scenarios than the other online store. Also, given that I am so satisfied with these wonderful frames, the great service, and the fewer dollars out of my wallet, this has been a much higher value purchase overall.

1st time using SimplyEyeglasses.com and won't be my last! The complete set of Glasses I was looking for at my local Optician was going to be $936 & that's with a Military Discount! I found the Exact Frames and after selecting the Options I wanted for my Lens, the price was close to 1/2 what I was quoted from Optician. Order placing was easy, I'm very pleased with my Glasses!

Excellent experience. I ordered replacement lenses for my RayBan RB3025 frames, not as, well, simple as I expected. I wear tri-focals, as recommended 30 years ago by my aviation medical examiner. Most on-line optical companies offer bi-focals or progressives. SimplyEyeglasses could do what I wanted without a problem. Polycarbonate lenses, Transitions tinting and my tri-focal prescription filled exactly as I needed. Even a slight delay--an inconvenient hurricane passing through the Orlando area--merely caused a day or two longer for my glasses to ship. I can compare the lenses from SimplyEyeglasses to the same script lenses ordered through a "bigbox" storel optical shop: no comparison. Simply has a repeat customer, as I'll be sending my Persol frames in for new lenses. A particular thanks goes out to Cyndi who guided my order through hurricane delay and multiple questions on my part without a glitch.

Cindy was absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with. I made a few changes after my initial order--she worked diligently with me. And when the first pair that I received seemed 'off' somehow--she worked with me to get the accurate measurements needed and she helped me pick a fabulous pair of glasses. And I LOVE the pair I received!!!!

I was looking to get new lenses into my old frames. The site was very easy to use. I had a question which was quickly responded to. I received the frames with the new lenses in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service, the lenses are great, and I saved $475 compared to a local retail lense store...for the same lenses.

I was very hesitant, if not scared, about ordering my glasses online. I had never ordered online but the frames I wanted are no longer available at any retailer in the island were I live. With the previous two pairs of glasses I had to settle for what I found in the stores and had problems with the glasses that were not quite right.  I decided to see if I found the frames on the internet and saw that Simplyeyeglasses carried them.
The first time I called I just wanted to ask questions and see if it convinced me. My prescription is for progressive lenses that vary greatly from one eye to the other, one eye needing a lot of correction. The type of frame I wanted is with the glass exposed (there isn't a frame around the glass) which can be difficult to work with my type of prescription because it's difficult to "hide" the difference between one lens and the other, and the circumference of the lens is very small to fit the progression of the progressive lens.
The representative from Simpyeyeglasses answered all my questions and addressed my fears thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable about the options I had and explained everything in detail.  I thought it would be so complicated and she made it very straightforward and easy. 

The glasses turned out perfect. I love them!
I wish I had decided to give it a try sooner.

I typically buy my glasses through an online retailer so I have a fair amount of experience with this process.

I have read some negative reviews about this company, but most of them are years old.

My recent experience was nothing short of professional and easy.

After an online order with a pair of frames that had to be ordered, they kept in touch, ordered the lenses, and responded to emails and phone calls.

They never acted like I was anything but a valued customer.

The glasses came on time and are as expected.

My only issue was not being able to order a name brand progressive lense. However, the digital progressive that they offered seems as good as my last name brand progressive.

I would order from them again.

I just got my first online ordered prescription bifocals with my frames. WOW! This is the first pair of perfect glasses in 60 years! Wish I'd done this sooner.

They have a great selection of frames and even had my favorite frames that I though were discontinued but they ordered them directly from the manufacture. Due to financial circumstances I had to cancel the order before they were shipped and I couldn't have received any better customer service. they responded to my email and even called me immediately and settled the cancellation/refund. absolutely great service and this will now be the go-to spot to buy my glasses!
