I have many Sister Jane dresses and they are all great quality and unique design. I recently made a mistake while ordering and ordered the incorrect size (XS instead of XL). I messaged their customer service and they responded in less than 24 hours and updated my order before shipment. Kris from their team was responsive and so pleasant to deal with!

The dress was packed well and delivered in excellent time. Sadly it didn’t suit me and had to return it. I made an enquiry to customer services regarding returning the package and their response was swift and very helpful. I would recommend this company.

We’re sorry to hear that your recent purchase did not meet your expectations. When you contacted us, you informed us that you had already worn and repaired the jacket prior to reaching out. The loose yarn you noted is a natural characteristic of the tweed fabric. It's expected with wear and does not affect the overall quality of the garment, as the fabric is woven in this way. We kindly provided guidance on how to care for these if you wished to remove them to maintain the jacket’s appearance and cherish it for a long time.
Additionally, we offered to send replacement bows free of charge, to assist with the repairs you had already undertaken. As per our policy, returns or refunds can only be accepted for items returned in their original and unaltered condition. Since the jacket had been worn and modified, we unfortunately have been unable to accept your return.
As a gesture of goodwill , we also extended a 10% discount on your next purchase. We genuinely value your feedback as it helps us improve.
