basically a bait and switch, then telling me the flight i wanted is changed and tried extra charges and other major changes. the changes weren't going to work for me so i wanted to cancel. They want to keep my money. Then many many harassing phone calls

Don't ignore the reviews of SmartFares
Don't ignore the reviews. This is a borderline scam. I booked for a certain amount. Immediately get the sms from my bank seeing an extra charge of $200. Phone customer service, they want to increase the price already paid by $400. I say no ways and ask to get refunded. We'll see how this goes. Worst case scenario I'll get my banker to report the transaction as fraudulent to get my money back. I should've listened to the people on Trustpilot
