Lied to by agent with SmartFares on the phone.
I was booking the ticket online on your website. On the top left it said Phone Only Deals. I called it and the guy assured me that it was cheaper to book it with him on the phone. It was $100 higher. I told him it was cheaper online on your website. He said I would not be able to book the flight as the order will not process. He LIED to me. I am happy with your online ordering and disgusted with the liar on the phone. I had to lower the stars to 3 on my experience.

Ripped!!!
Booked tickets months ago. Got emailed to say we had a significant change. The itinerary they sent wasn't too bad but when I confirmed I was rung to say that they couldn't book that fare and couldn't find me one so have to cancel. It was BS as there are plenty of flights with the same airline, they just didn't want to suck up the extra cost so cancelled our flights. And then are trying not to give the full refund back. Recommend staying away from Smart Fares
