Great company and products, fast delivery too

The kind of company that I love. Good products, good website, good prices, good people, orders sent out very quickly and with DPD. How could one not stay a loyal customer.

Ordered an advent calendar yesterday and less than 24hrs later it had arrived! Such a good price as well for the size of the item.
Would 100% order again and recommend to friends and family :) well done guys

Can’t fault the service. I was looking for packs of Nocco as buying individually is expensive over time. I came across snackfully after searching for Nocco online and the deals they had were so good, I’m one to always go by reviews however I emailed on Tuesday after seeing a review regarding use by dates. I queried this as I was bulk buying, I received a response within an hour and today I have received my purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again, fab deals, great customer service and fast shipping! Thank you.

The order was great, the shipping was super fast and the package was very well packaged. Amazing experience.

I placed an order for five cases of soda (24 cans/case) and was given a delivery date of the following Monday. Saturday morning I woke up to a notice that my purchase would be delivered on Saturday, forcing me to rearrange my Saturday plans. I've waited all day for the delivery (it's now more than an hour past the LAST delivery time they gave) and there's still no sign that the order will be delivered any time soon.

Snackfully uses DPD for their delivery service. I didn't realize until I named this review what DPD means, but if I know a vendor uses DPD, I don't use that vendor. I'll have to find someone other than Snackfully for my next order.

Not only did i get a class deal on my order - ufit latte 25g protein shake / jealous gummy worms, but the interaction I had with this company has made my day and they have gained a returning customer.

The delivery company did not attempt delivery - and sent it to a pick up shop which i am unable to get to as i am disabled and do not have family that could collect it. I contacted the delivery company to ask them to re-deliver, they said i had to contact snackfully who would rearrange this - which they are not able to do once it reaches the pick up shop.

Instead of making me wait 7 days for the parcel to be recalled back to them, Snackfully kindly re-sent the order ON THE SAME DAY for it to be delivered the next day!!!!

I have never had any company do this. They not only apologised for the inconvenience (which was not their fault) but apologised to me and sorted this out within seconds. I also appreciate their live chat being with an actual human instead of a robot.

This will be an inconvenience on their own stock until the original parcel can be recalled, but they done this out of genuine kindness towards a first time customer. Health and fitness shops can be extremely expensive to buy from, but their amazing deals - and positive customer service make it the best company i have ever used.

Thank you so very much for making my day, i shall be placing many more orders in the future :)

Sent an email about a expiry date on products, I was answered quickly and the delivery was super fast via dpd which was fantastic :) highly recommended.

Took a chance ordering as I wanted some non-alcoholic cider for the Xmas period. Turns out the service was fantastic and the cider lovely and refreshing.

After we decided to not meet face to face during Xmas 2021 festivities, it was decided at short notice to do a virtual event instead. To make this the best it can be, we contacted Tom at Snackfully and he jumped on the task to ensure the team had individual deliveries to home addresses, delivered the next day.

We can't thank the company enough for their prompt responses. All the team received many goodies, more than expected and made them happy.

Discovered Snackfully a couple of weeks ago and let's just say it's my new favorite shop! The prices are great, the selection is incredible (lots of healthy snacks too), and the mystery box is awesome! The service has been amazing so far. The delivery is super fast - I receive my snacks within a day usually, and I really like that they highlight small businesses and female-led startups. Only thing I would note is restocking more often - some of my fave snacks have been sold out for a week or 2 now and wish they were available!

Love this shop, I was looking for heathy sweets and seen this shop so had a look. Initially I just ordered a few things that I like the look of, they arrived about a week later. They were all in one box and I loved the free mystery box so even thought I have now ordered a bulk order of different sweets and things I like, I still continue to try new stuff which is exciting. I love surprises so love this idea they have. Definitely have recommended to a few friends now who also love it.

First purchase had good dates. Second purchase only had 2 months before expiry. There was no warning / info about it being short dated. For a small purchase this wouldn't matter. But, the site is set up for bulk purchases. I'd bought 80 bags of crisps. They only agreed to refund for 20. They did then offer opp to return if I'd got the large box they came in but it had been recycled. I will not purchase from the firm again unless they provide expiry date info.

Just wow! From a service and price point! I called yesterday and spoke to a gentleman called Sam, I had a question about one of the products they sell. Sam took my details down and promised to call back within 5 min with an answer...and he did! Not only that, he gave me advice to on another product I wanted to buy. Extremely happy with the service and the items I received (next day). In these times it is so difficult to receive such excellent service. I am so happy with the products I ordered and I also got a complimentary snack box. Thank you!

I ordered vegan love raw cream filled wafer bars. this company was about £5 cheaper than everyone else and the website was really easy to use and the order came quickly. Couldn't ask for more!

Great and quick delivery.
Got my Dalstons drinks for cheaper than anywhere I could find.
Also had a free snack box!
