They do not even deserve one star. They are a scam company. I purchased an item from 11th November. Still haven’t received it and when I tried calling a girl answered and said she can’t put me through but would pass on a message. My emails are bounced back or unanswered. What ever you do, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. After the purchase I noticed some suspicious activity on my card and had to cancel it. My bank is now involved and I am informing the police.

Gross, body shaming nastiness. Please find a company that encourages good mental health as well as physical.

I read other reviews with alarm after my order hadn’t arrived after three weeks. However it did turn up shortly after. Quality fine. Wonder if they cannot cope with the demand.

I ordered £61's worth of goods from So Sweaty at the end of September, and I still haven't received them. I had an email saying the goods were ready for despatch, and that's it. Buyer beware. Only contact info is email or web form so can't speak to anyone

I wish I had paid heed to the reviews of other customers. So Sweaty have not delivered my item. I ordered it 4 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived, after several emails, they responded and told me "there was a technical issue with Royal Mail". I've never experienced one of those before and all other post has arrived, without a problem, in that time. Please - save yourself time, money and hassle and do not use So Sweaty.

Edit: it was delivered!! They have very poor communication. After a month, I raised a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back. The items were supposedly “ready to be shipped” 2 weeks after my order, but I was never told they were actually shipped. They arrived a bit more than a month after my order.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T TRY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Would have given them zero if I could. They taken your money and don’t send anything. Have totally ignored emails. You contact them by telephone to a call centre who can only take your details to pass on for them to call you back, but obviously they don’t. I have had to instruct my bank to get the money back.

UPDATE - 11 weeks after ordering I have received the order. This was only after leaving a message to say that I now had no option but to take them to the small claims court. Which wasn’t just a threat, I was prepared to do it. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depends on how you look at it) during the 11 weeks wait I have lost enough weight to go down a size so now the bodysuit is too big. Anyway, you might find it on eBay if you want to one.

The worst company I have ever come across
They take your money, no item has been sent to me, I ordered it THREE MONTHS AGO!! Sent countless emails as to where my item is and NO REPLY!! But they have the cheek to send me emails stating new deals and how much of a valued customer I am! Are you winding me up?!! 😳

Never recieved product no one responds to contact form or dms

I ordered the body suit on the 1st June by late June I still had no dispatch information, checking my bank they’ve taken two payments out for this purchase. I contacted the company using Instagram/ Twitter/ Facebook/ the phone number and numerous emails and yet nothing. I heard nothing from them. In the end I went to my bank who cancelled the transaction.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I really wish I’d seen these reviews before I handed over more than £50 for goods I may never receive or, if I do, are unlikely to be what I thought I was ordering. :-(

I ordered a bodysuit on 1st May 18 and still haven’t had it! I have sent a few emails and haven’t had a response. I may as well thrown the money in the bin! Don’t waste your time or money!!!

Rubbish, ordered 2 items with suspiciously large discount but still cost me about £70. At the time I ordered it wasn't clear that the sizes stated on the website of this supposedly British company were US sizes so much larger than UK sizes. Over a month after I placed the order they arrived and are absolutely huge. According to their many posts on social media and into my inbox all orders come with a returns label. Well, mine didn't so I contacted the company via their email address in order to arrange a return and refund. No response. I tweeted them. Nothing. More emails, more tweets. Nada. I don't know where to send them and am not confident of getting my money back even if I did know so my advice is do not buy anything from this company. It's been an expensive waste of time as I now have two enormous "waist trainers" I can't use and am £70 out of pocket.

Do not trust this company. They send you items which are not fit for purpose/not what you ordered and when you return they do not offer you an exchange or refund. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered over a month ago. No item received. No response to emails. Their social media pages are filled with other people having the same problems. Avoid as it’s obviously a scam. Think I’ll need to report as fraud to the bank

Don’t order from this company! Like other feedback it is impossible to contact them through any of the routes they provide. Emails and webform requests are ignored and goods that have been paid for never arrive. This is a con! Will be reporting to trading standards!

This company has no professionalism in their customer service at all. Ordered since April 8, 2018 and today is May 25, 2018 and still haven't get any of my stuff. I've been emailing them numerous times either from their website or through my email account, yet still no response. I can't contact them through phone call since no number listed. Suddenly, in May 1st they emailed me about my stuff ready to dispatch after I emailed them to cancelled and refund my money. No matter how many emails you send them, they just ignore it. Be aware of this company. It is so frustrating to deal with companies that ignores your concerns and sosweaty.com is one of them. Wondering where they got their good reviews from.

Disgusted with this company.

I placed an order around a week and a half ago and quickly realised that I had something similar already. So I sent an email asking them to cancel and refund me. The email bounced back so I submitted a contact request on their website and emailed the address provided there. No reply.

So I sent numerous Facebook, Instagram and Twitter messages trying to get someone to contact me as the money was then taken from my account. I had received updates to say the products were delayed and thanking me for my patience, but no acknowledgement of my request to cancel and refund.

I didn't hear back from them, ever, and many others have told me they have been experiencing the same issues with them. I got the feeling I wasn't going to get anywhere...
They are a scam company and delete any negative comments or questions relating to order chases from their Facebook.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. You will no receive your money and I'll be surprised if you see your money again.

I will update if I am to hear back and receive my money - however I am not hopeful.

** UPDATE **
This went on for weeks. They'd post on their social but ignore anything that was sent to them. Literally hundreds of people complaining about the same thing on social media and being ignored. I can't even imagine how much money they have essentially stolen from people.

I got sick of it and knew I wouldn't get anywhere with messages and emails. Since there was no phone number for them I put in a formal complaint with my bank and wrote to them directly addressed to their CEO, Nicholas Harwood, and marked it as an urgent complaint.
Mysteriously I got my money back within a few days with a half arsed email saying they were understaffed and working on it. Clearly lies, because this is still happening.

Their address is 4/4A Bloomsbury Square
London, WC1A 2RP and I used a template from citizens advice highlighting the consumer act and right to cancel. If you're getting nowhere, I suggest you try this as I doubt i'd of got a reply otherwise.

I've report them to trading standards and everyone else should to the same and get these people shut down.
