We have had a lot of communication…

We have had a lot of communication problems being customer service support is in China trying to to get a heater to me, we agreed they would ship me 2 fans on 20th and trust Id refuse heater if ever it showed, they instead waited till delivered and refused, when I notified them that they had wrong zip code they sent fans to same wrong zip code 2 hours later

S/ F g3000 light in 900x900 tent for veggies with added U.V!!

Hi , I recently purchased a complete spider farmer grow tent kit . S/f 3000 $700 odd au dollars. Full package. I must say it got to my house within 3 days. I’m in rural Australia . Everything was better quality and stronger than I expected. This is not my first tent at all. Every single thing was done properly. Every nut , bolt and washer was where it was supposed to be . Even the bolts on the inline fan are rubber coated to reduce noise transmission . So I purchased an additional set of UV and deep red supplemental lights. They don’t mount on the s/f 3000 light so I had to mount them above the main light . Also very impressed with the effect of a small amount of UV light on a propagating plant. Cucumbers, goji berries, peppers, lettuce, celery and elderberries are all in this 900x900 x 2000 tall tent . Amazing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to grow vegetables out of season- you have to balance the system with fresh air . I added a 4 inch computer style fan into 90 mm piping as the fresh air intake . Also the removable drip tray is essential. Plus they include heaps of yo- yo’s to control your ropes to the lights .

Ordered a tent kit

Ordered a tent kit — everything arrived: light, fan, carbon filter, and so on. But not the tent… WTF?

Such an unprofessional company.

Worst customer service ever--no human contact allowed

2nd time it has happened to me where I wait several weeks. Ordered a 4x4 tent a couple weeks ago, but their webpage says it was only 5 days ago. Bogus, they simply put the date on, it seems, from when THEY order it from China...ie: not in stock. Their webpage says 1-3 day delivery. When I complained (they only let you do so by the webpage email--no human contact) they NOW tell me it wont be delivered to THEM, not me, until the END of October--6 more weeks to get to THEM. I have had it. In the past 30 days I have purchased everything from 16L humidifier through various types of fans, through LED lights. I am now trying to return all of it because it is less than 30 days and they are unused--yet they still will not even let me speak to a human and don't seem to care. I doubt they will honor their return policy and make me whole because they KNOW I will be seeking another company to buy all my future product from. I cannot find a phone number anywhere and will make sure that ANY future products I buy will be with a company that lets you speak with a human being, a customer service department.

By the way, AI says they have had many bad reviews and potential customers should consider that, yet when I check a different review site than Trustpilot, the reviews seem like a bought and paid for advertisement for them. A sort of attempt to mitigate the bad reviews, see "honest brand reviews" website. I would check multiple sites for reviews for any future supplier I deal with. It seems people cannot even trust other review sites to be honest.

Spiderfarm Scam

Hello, I don't know how you can still rate this as good, but service and performance simply don't match. I order a product and pay for it with a credit card. If I hadn't checked the status of my order, I wouldn't have noticed that they had simply canceled my order. WITHOUT ME BEING INFORMED. I think that's cheeky.

Collecting money but not delivering anything. I would advise anyone not to buy anything from them. There is no telephone number, let alone a proper reply to an email.

The company is just bad.

High quality at low prices

I discovered Spiderfarmer late. I purchased my first two lamps from a German manufacturer. Now I have the SF100, the SE300 and the SE500 for different tent sizes. All three lamps are excellently made and offer more than enough PAR light for half of the price I previously paid.

When I recently had to replace one of my tents I also chose Spiderfarmer and have not been disappointed.

I am also pleased that new products are constantly being added to the range, that bring more fun to my hobby. Most recently I bought the Bowl Trimmer and am looking forward to trying it out soon.

Spiderfarmer has great products at prices I can afford. As a personal home grower, I just want to say thank you to the Spiderfarmer team and recommend their products to those who share my passion.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great Products.

Just so all of you know this company stands out beyond all the others. I like to be diversified and try new things so I switched to LED. It's a learning curve from the ballast and stuff, but I'll get it. I purchased the main LED light 1st. Then I upgraded to the supplemental UV/IR supplemental light with the cool mist humidifier. I had an issue with the cool mist humidifier on the 2nd day. It flooded my tent. I reached out to SF and they were quickly ready to solve my issue. They knew it was an issue with the humidifier I received and quickly replaced it. i received the replacement humidifier and tried it out for about 4-5 days before I let them know kudos for the GREAT customer service. I have to say I am a solid customer for this service. I hope this review will let me add photos. This is solid equipment with great service. Thank you sooooooooo much for the great service and quality of the product you put out. I'm a personal grower in the mountains of Colorado. Happy growing - you can't go wrong with this company. PEACE!!!
