Bought the Gamut 4 camera system, customer support very helpful, kit arrived promptly. One camera was mal functioning, returned free of charge, SpyCamera tested it, found it faulty. They replaced it free of charge. Technical support excellent, particularly Menh Ly who talked me through set up & answered my daft questions.

We locked ourselves out of our system after installation and had really excellent support from the team at SpyCamera, above and beyond expectations!

Great personal service. Glitch in ordering on website so phoned up and received assistance. Waiting for stock to arrive was a bit lengthy but a sign of the times we're in. Kept up to date with delivery details. Been using this site for years so we'll trusted. I recommend them to all my friends.

Having had a problem with my Gamut camera I contacted SpyCCTV who arranged for me to return it for checking, a replacement camer was sent which now working well. Menh helped with the setup in a fiendly and professional manner.

Good Camera, came a little slower but this was the post offices fault. Cameras were excellent easy to fit. I have dealt with this company many times and they have good customer service and really try to solve any issues. I would deal with again. The camera was a coax with POC and motorised zoom. All works excellently and resolution is fantastic (1080P)

The sign of a good company is not that everything is always right but that any problems are resolved efficiently and quickly. I had problems with my ordering which was my error but returns were handled without a problem. I did have a problem with ordering a camera which was too high a spec for my DVR. The support team identified this and a return and re-order was implemented to my satisfaction. The level of support has proved to be outstanding at every turn. Thanks.

I ordered a SD card for my wildlife camera, model HCAME1 which had an 19mm aperture. Unfortunately the supplied card at 11mm was too small to fit and the adaptor that came with it, too wide at 24mm. I am aware the model of camera is no longer supplied but hoped a suitable card was still available. The company arranged the return of the card without any hesitation and will be refunding the cost upon receipt of the goods.
I have purchased cameras from them in the past and found them to be helpful and great to deal with.
