This was hands down the worst…

This was hands down the worst experience we have ever had, and I would strongly warn anyone, especially families, to stay far away from this limo company.

To start, the driver showed up 20 minutes late, and things only spiraled from there. The driver was texting while driving, took multiple wrong turns. This alone was unacceptable, but it quickly became dangerous.

While driving down Highway 45, the bus began shaking violently. The driver refused to pull over despite obvious safety concerns, and only did so after we insisted. The safety of our children was clearly at risk, and the driver showed zero concern.

Ultimately all of this caused us to arrive over TWO HOURS late to our event.

The first bus was not what was advertised at all. It looked nothing like the photos on the outside it appeared pieced together, and on the inside it actually rained on passengers sitting toward the front of the bus.

We were then pulled over at a very shady gas station, forced to stand outside while waiting for a “backup” bus that was too small for our entire group. 2 people left in an Uber at this time.

To make matters worse, the third bus that was supposed to pick us up from the event arrived over an hour late. When it finally showed up, the driver told us he was about to be arrested by the police and warned us that once we were on the bus, he was not coming back for anyone or anything. Completely unprofessional and alarming. Because of the late arrival 2 of our party members took an Uber home. So 2 ubers were paid for on a night we paid for this service.

After all of this? No refund. No accountability. The company refused to talk to us, hung up the phone, and has since stopped answering our calls entirely.

This company showed no regard for customer service, honesty, or basic safety standards. I am shocked they are allowed to operate. If you value your time, your money, or your safety—do not book with this company.
