Horrible experience. I use to be a loyal customer. I have purchased a significant amount of merchandise over the years. I will no longer patronize them in the store or online.
Do NOT buy online. I purchased some items nearly a week ago and I have not received any shipping or delivery information. The response that I received is as follows:
"Dear Mr. Hartfield,
Thank you for your message. We have reviewed your request and the order confirmation you received; however, we are not able to locate this order in our system. We understand how confusing this must be, and we are glad to help you move forward.
Based on the information available, it appears that the items you intended to order were:
• BW31207
• SW182206
To ensure you receive your items without further delay, we would be happy to place the order for you directly.
May we kindly ask for your confirmation that you would like us to proceed with creating the order for these two items? Once confirmed, we will prepare the order and send you the payment link.
We remain at your service and will take care of the next steps as soon as we hear from you."
I have ORDERED and PAID for the items and they are asking me to order and pay for them AGAIN!
DO NOT waste your time and money with this store.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Truly awful. I’ve never had service this utterly poor from any business in my life. I was very simply trying to exchange some items in my order for a size larger.
The return label was not included with the order so I had to get this manually from the support via email. They insisted the return label was hiding somewhere inside the order- it wasn’t.
The support worker then did the return labels and documents completely wrong, wrong items, wrong everything. I noted this and it took multiple further emails and phone calls to finally get the correct customs declarations and return labels issued to me.
Finally once my return had been collected, instead of exchanging my items they refunded me for some of them instead. When I questioned this they told me the size I wanted was not available so they decided to refund me instead.
I looked online and the size I wanted was in stock and available.
It just boggles the mind. You spent £1,500 to be treated like this.
The products seem great quality but the entire support system on the site is shockingly awful. How complicated can an exchange be. Surely that’s about as routine as it gets for a clothing brand.
Just absolutely disastrous and I wasted so much of my own time and patience simply attempting to do something that should be almost second nature for any online business.
Terrible terrible company.
Even after venting my frustrations and being completely clear with them they find a way to get it wrong again and again.
I can only imagine the situation will get worse and worse from now on as I’ve lost all trust that are able to do anything competently at all.
Please do not reply to my message with the same useless generic support email that has gotten me absolutely nowhere.
Appalling business and appalling practices.

I'm very surprised by the bad quality of your shoes and also the customer service!
Customer service telling me its normal that the shoes become yellow after wearing them three times. "This material is chosen for its comfort, flexibility and grip, but one of its inherent characteristics is that it can oxidize when exposed to air, UV light or moisture. This oxidation process can gradually cause a yellowing effect, particularly on lighter-colored soles." - For me thats just poor quality which I absolutely did not expect in that price range.

I felt it was important to share my experience after having two disappointing online purchases with Suitsupply. On both occasions I paid for fast delivery, and both times the items arrived late. I then had to spend time on the phone getting the issue resolved.
To their credit, customer service refunded my delivery charges quickly and without any hassle, but it does highlight that they’re offering a service they can’t consistently deliver.
In-store, Suitsupply have always been excellent — the staff are helpful and the clothes are great quality — which makes the contrast with the online service frustrating.
I’ve given a balanced three-star review. My suggestion would be to remove the fast-delivery option from the website until it can be reliably provided, as both of my online orders have had the same issue. Which is in line with the many other 1 star reviews on trust pilot about other people’s very same experience

Customer support is very rude and unprofessional (they literally disconnect the chat on me)
It’s difficult to deal with this a busy man on the go. I would suggest avoiding if you value your time.

Takes the money immediately
Takes 2 weeks to dispatch or not dispatched at all resulting in them saying was lost / not delivered etc etc. resulting in e vouchers after lots of fuss and stress

I paid £25 for next day delivery only to find out they ‘dont offer next day delivery’ when i spoke to an agent online. My email clearly says delivery for the next day. Simply don’t say it will arrive next day if it wont. And also don't charge £25 for it!! As per agent, delivery is 1-3 days….be transparent and tell customers this before they buy. Disappointed as i needed my order for the weekend.
