I asked for something for pain and what benefits would it give me as I dont like taking pills.

i have a bone spur on bottom of one heel and its been painless for a few years but i stepped on a small rock which aggravated ìt. i suffered for a day with it trying to tip toe. What an amazing product. When I get stomach pains I get nauseous and go ar with ends atatyrd getting that feeling in my mouth. I put on the Assure patch and my nausea went away.
