I personally had a bad a experience. The order I received wasn't the order that was pictured. I was told it's the same item just different seal (which didn't work for me) as I chose that order based on the pictured seal. I then had to return, the return cost me £3.99, my order was only £12.99, so pretty pointless exercise. Never buying from taps again tbh.
