Paid for a market that apparently no longer exists
I booked and paid 995 DKK for a stand at TB Markeder's Remisen Østerbro KREA-messe, 24–25 October 2026, back in May.
A friend of mine also independently booked and paid for the exact same event.
The event has now disappeared from TB Markeder's programme. When my friend contacted them, she was told that they “don't have any markets that weekend” and was asked whether perhaps she had booked another place or another weekend.
We both have official TB Markeder order confirmations clearly showing Remisen Østerbro, 24–25 October 2026. The page for purchasing a stand at this exact event is, remarkably, still live on their own website.
I have contacted TB Markeder asking them to clarify what has happened to the event and my paid booking, and I have followed up again. So far I have received no response.
With less than a month until the date I paid for, I find the lack of information and communication very concerning.
I will update this review if/when TB Markeder responds and resolves the situation.
