The delivery was really poor. I was wondering where the tea was and checked the tracking link for Royal Mail. It said that they had delivered to "my safe space" as I was out on 3/12/25, 2 days ago. I... See more

Back in 2006 the world of whole-leaf tea was boring, stuffy and outdated. Meanwhile, cool things were happening in the world of coffee. We saw the opportunity to get everyone drinking real tea again! And by real we mean big leaf and big on flavour. So, in November 2006 teapigs was born. Our mission today is the same as it was back in 2006: to get everyone drinking top quality, whole-leaf, great tasting tea - and to do business a bit differently while we're at it. All natural. No nasties. BIG leaf = BIG flavour. Simple!

Very disappointed. Placed my order on 4 April. Was advised on 10 April that it had been dispatched but as of today Royal Mail has not received the order despite being advised it had been despatched. No reply to email sent to company yesterday - not even an acknowledgment. I therefore have reluctantly been forced to give one star.
Since writing the above, I have just received the order and the company have more than made good. I can only assume that the original package went missing. Better communication from them would have been preferable so I’ve upgraded my review to 4 stars.
Not the best I’m afraid. Very late order no updates until I chased . Joyful fruit and nut missing. Never had any issues before but this was surprising.
Ordered 7th April and still not dispatched 9 days later. Zero communication from Teapigs. Really frustrating. This is my first time ordering direct from Teapigs and I will not be a return customer!
I ordered over a week ago and only just putting the order together you took the money straight away and I’m left waiting so much for 2-4 working days
Hello,
I placed my order 13 days ago directly from your website. Still haven’t received anything. After 10 days I received an email saying that it’s been despatched. Today I noticed the second day the same tracking message -Royal Mail is waiting for the parcel. It’s been 2 days and counting even to get into the chain. Then I’ll be waiting for the actual delivery on top of that.
What is going on Teapigs? You clearly don’t value your customers. Only 40tea bags!!
It was my first online purchase from you and needless to say it’ll be the last.

My parcel has come damaged and wet on its journey, one of the packs was for a birthday present as box is ripped. Now free sample in box either
Ordered on the 6th April, payed £4 for delivery, supposed to be delivered within 3-7 days, and it still hasn’t been dispatched yet, it’s been 8 days already!
I appreciate the company's communication and adding my country to the shipping list.
Teas are of excellent quality. I especially like the tea temples are made of biodegradable plant starch.
It’s taken rather a long time for my order to be dispatched. 10 days and I’ve just been informed that it is awaiting pick up from the courier. No previous contact either.
Placed an order on the 4th of April and it still hasn’t arrived paid £4 for postage
No contact to say where the product is or why it’s delayed won’t be ordering again
Firstly I ordered a set of taster T apigs and a varity of other flavors as my sone has purchased before and told me they were very nice.
When the Tpigs arrived they were packaged well, however I was unsure how to brew some of the flavours correctly for optimum taste. I emailed the customer services team who went beyond helping me, they looked sat what I had purchased and sent me directions for brewing them all and are going to see if its possible to add brewing notes to the packaging.
In my dealings with teapigs I have experienced very helpful and efficient responses, and always got a very positive outcome.
I bought a faulty box of tea bags which had split and I was unable to use. I contacted tea pigs and received a reply promptly the next morning from Kira who asked for details of product number etc and apologised for the fault of the purchase. I have now received an email to say I will be sent a new box. Very happy with how my complaint was dealt with nd how quick it was, thank you Kira
There was a slight snafu with my order but Kira sorted it…above and beyond what was necessary. Otherwise a great service and brand.
I have always drank tea pigs green tea I’ve tried other teas and this is by far the best quality, I had a small issue with a couple of split tea bags and contacted customer service , kira was wonderful, replied immediately and sent out a full box .delicious top quality tea and lovely efficient customer service
I had a bit of an issue with delivery and Kira sorted everything out for me.
I genuinely can’t complain about the Customer service.
If there is an issue Teapigs will attempt to fix it immediately.
I don't why it's taken so long I paid £4.00 shipment and I could have purchased on Amazon prime for free next day delivery...poor show I'm afraid

I was very annoyed but Rachel understood my issue and corrected immediately. Thank you
I am a Japanese living in London. On my return I had a question about the Earl Gray strong fragrance from teapigs, a gift for my mother. teapigs staff were quick to respond and their explanations were thorough, detailed and reassuring. Thank you!
I love teapigs even more! Next time I visit a physical shop I will also buy a special bottle to store a large amount of tea packets: ❤︎
