I bought some plastic drawing surface material from The Big Orchard Ltd., and found it to be of excellent quality, and the goods were delivered very promptly and in good condition.

Ordered a A2 drawing at around £300
Was never told it was custom made to order
Some 2weeks pass and l contacted them to be told it would be shipped to me early the following week
Today get a call saying it wouldn’t be dispatched until next week
For a very simple item which l thought was off the shelf so to speak can’t believe it would be around a month before l receive my drawing board
Imagine if l was in a hurry !!!

Incredible company, I bought an A0 plan chest, it was a worthwhile investment! Not only does it look stunning and we have had tonnes of compliments on it but it is so strong and built to take a lot of weight. The delivery team was also very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to order from this company again!

The service was great. As it was just before Christmas Steve called me to make sure I didn't need the item for a Christmas gift which I thought was a nice touch.

Outstanding levels of customer service. Having placed an order, I hadn't quite found the acrylic display that was needed. Steve and The Big Orchard team quickly replaced the item with something bespoke! Totally delighted.
