Two stars because when you book in it is expected that you pay a deposit of £50 per day in case you use the bar, this amount is withdrawn immediately from your bank BUT after 5 working days they still have not refunded me even though I never used the bar, this to me is pure and simple theft….now they claim it’s not them but my bank that is taking this long with the transfer….such LIARS
The staff are wonderful. Friendly and very professional. The hotel is spotless and we felt welcome and safe. The staff have 5 stars but as it is very expensive I have put the overall mark as 4 stars.
