Let me just start by saying, I love festivals. So I decided to try the “good mood” for my depleted serotonin and dopamine levels. Usually, 3 days after the party stops I start to feel depressed, high anxiety levels and a bunch of other symptoms. I’ve been taking HTP to top the effect but it hasn’t been effective at all. I tried the Good Mood Co recovery pack and I can honestly say I feel totally better after a night out. I found out later that HTP is only reactive with another natural ingredients and not when taken by itslef. So don’t bother with HTP alone, get it from here with over 30 other nutrients that give a good body and mind boost.

Amazing product
Amazing product. Within an hour of taking the good night pills I started to feel tired and sleepy and had an amazing restful sleep. The brain bottoms up was great just before work, it kept my mind sharp and didn't suffer as bad from my usual dip in energy during the day. Highly recommend especially after a big weekend or when your body is in need of some help to recover.

As we all know, the older we get the heavier the hangovers become. So I decided to give this product a go during the trail period (as I was recommended by a friend of mine) and I was VERY impressed by how much faster and better I was able to recover and feel mentally and physically fresh again.

A must have if you’re in your 30s. I don’t feel the lag if partying the day after. Recovery is much faster and Well, it’s just good to be good to your body. I wish someone did this sooner - I would have done it all through my twenties.
