Wrong postal address
The raffle tickets are of good quality especially for the price. However they were posted to the wrong address and we had to cover the re-postage fee despite already paying for postage with our order.

Top Notch Company
I have received services from TicketRiver multiple times and they never fail to deliver a high standard service and customer service.
