Fast postage, great pricing, easy to use. Only minor disappointment was my own fault. The Tickets are tiny, I just assumed they were bigger but still good.

I have used Ticket River to print raffle tickets before, and was so pleased with the tickets, I used them again recently. Setting up your tickets is quick and easy to do, and the finished tickets are good quality. Printing and delivery is quick. I'd like to see cheaper prices for NFPs though!

I needed some tickets for function I am organising and found Ticket River after a quick net search. It was so easy to select a template and modify to suit but I was blown away by the short turn around time. From lodging my order to picking up the tickets was less than a week. They are just as I expected and cheap to boot.
I was most impressed and will recommend Ticket River and use again without hesitation when the need arises.

It was a good experience with the website usage. No problems in payment. Delivered on time very quickly as well.
But tickets have white line at the bottom. I had enough bleed at bottom and top. It was not visible at Design Proof check either. But final tickets have white line at bottom. Ticket does not look good but usable as its a charity concert. I wouldn't have use these tickets for a commercial event.

Price competitive. Quality product even on the basic package. Excellent phone help with credit card and payment issues. Fast production and delivery times. No complaints at all.

Easy to design ticket. Payment was simple and no fuss. I ordered the tickets and had them 2 days later.

Paid for express post, which stated they would be delivered mid-week on Wednesday. Still hadn't received them by the weekend. Very poor service, would not use again.
