Why I will never order from Tilba Beauty ever again
I ordered my products a month ago and two weeks ago you asked me for a review. I was unable to review it because I had not received it. Another two weeks later I am still unable to review the product because I still do not have it a month after I ordered it!!!!!!
This is why I will never order from Tilba ever effing again!!!!!!

You know I will give Tilba Beauty a small amount of credit because they acted on the above review and initiated a review with the delivery company. The review was completed 6 days after my above review and my order was declared lost. Throughout this time Tilba Beauty emailed me regularly pleading for me to change my above review. Nice try but I still didn’t have my order! It’s a shame you continued to be more concerned with a review than your customers experience!
On 23/3/22 they asked me if I would like a refund as it was lost or the order sent again. Because I needed the order I asked for it to be resent and preferably very quickly. They told me they were changing their delivery company due to the problems they were having.. I personally believe this to be false but can’t confirm. However I received no response after this email and assumed Tilba Beauty were not taking any action to send a replacement order to me after the lengthy and unexplained delays.
Hallelujah on 29/3/22 my lost order was delivered, it was a miracle! Lucky for that, because Tilba Beauty never ever sent my replacement order and ignored my email. However on 4/4/22 they had the gall to email me asking me to update my initial review on here.
I sent a response detailing my experience with them and asked them to stop contacting me otherwise I would update this review in a less than positive manner reflective of my experience, however they did not. They emailed me again, ignoring my request for no further contact to nitpick a couple of dates. I said 6 weeks they said 5 weeks but today my final dealings with them were actually concluded 5 weeks and 6 days after my order and I will confirm that every single one of them was an unsatisfactory day dealing with Tilba Beauty who seem to care more about reviews and there own reputation than a customers experience with them.
