Nothing is actually in stock and communications is horrible.

Don't bother with TopGlock.com. Their prices were mediocre but listed two things I wanted as in stock. Those items were probably in stock in some distribution warehouse in another state, or who knows where. It took them 2+ weeks to ship out things I expected to ship the next day. If something is "In Stock" is should be in their hands ready to go! I eventually got the items, but if you want timely service, look elsewhere. Their customer service person just emails the same copy-and-paste responses to my inquiries. Not helpful.

Topglock.com more like Topripoff.com

At first glance topglock.com had some great prices on a couple of guns that I was looking into purchasing. I decided to order a few "small" items as a test run before I ordered over $1,000.00 worth of products to see how the company handled themselves. Everything went smoothly (except for their practice of charging my card twice) until the order was received. They were marketing on their website for a 100 pack of the item I bought so I ordered 5 of them, I received 5-50 pack's which equated to half of what I had ordered and paid for. I contacted topglock.com to which I was informed it was a misprint on there website and would not be honored. I just checked there website today and they are still advertising for the 100-pack. On top of there (enter sarcasm here) customer service, my credit was CHARGED twice for the order and there response was to take it up with my credit card company and to basically piss off.

Stay away from Topglock.com

I bought an item from topglock.com and it was defective upon receipt. Per their return policy below, I contacted them to return the item for a refund. I was told by topglock that they were not responsible for defective merchandise and was referred to the manufacturer. I discussed this with the topglock.com customer service rep at great length. They were adamant about not refunding my money and told me the sales manager was in a meeting. Since the item was for a handgun and unreliable, I did not want an exchange
. Topglock.com DOES NOT stand behind their products. I would not buy anything from them. If you do you are on your own. Incidentally, I called the manufacturer as I was told and got an answering machine.

Here is their return policy from the topglock website. They don't follow it so I feel it is deceptive. I'm out $90 with no recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!

Item NOT in stock and NOT shipped.

The website stated that the item was in stock. After I ordered, I was notified that the item would be shipped by mid-June, two months after I placed my order. June came and went and I still did not recieve my order. They do not answer the phone.

Stay Away from this Website!

This is the worst ecommerce vendor I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I ordered 2 items, they shipped me one and charged me the full shipping for both items. The other item, which their website still says is in stock, has not been sent. I've been waiting for 6 weeks. Do not believe their website on any "in stock" items. This is a dishonest company with decptive pricing and inventory status practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Don't believe the website prices or the In Stock indicator

The TopGlock website indicated that all of the items I wanted were In Stock, and I placed an order. When I received the order, one of the items was not included because it was really Out of Stock. Later I received an e-mail saying that not only was the item not in stock, the price on their website ($15.99) was wrong and would I pay $29.99 instead. I told them that they should honor their published price. They didn't even respond to my request and instead just cancelled the order. I wrote them another email about their non-responsive customer service, and they did not answer that email either.

no problems

I also bought from topglock.com and had no problems. Their customer service quickly responded to an initial question that I emailed to them. Shipping was prompt and items were as described.
