I was able to discuss my cars issues and get good advice. Got booked in quickly and work was done to a high standard. i will be using TQC again for servicing and repairs. Thanks Guys

Utterly shocking customer service. I rang them to see if they could fix my gearbox issue which Gav assured me that of all the gearboxes they’ve had they’ve been able to fix. They had the car for a week before they even looked at it and blamed other work taking longer which was the delay (mismanagement). I had to constantly ring them for updates. Long story short cars not fixed and then said to send it to another garage to fix.
Gav mentioned on a few occasions that the mechanics have 10+ years of experience with Audi cars. This is questionable.
Would give them a negative review but that’s not possible.
Avoid at all costs.
