Worst seller on www.

I bought a heated gilet off Trenz in mid December ,it took over two weeks to arrive , it was too small so I sent it back to them with all the information they wanted , I asked for the next size up ,that was about three weeks ago , they take a week to answer emails , their delivery is at least 3weeks ,their customer care is non existent ,in short I will Never buy from them again and would recommend you buy from anyone else rather than these people..

Avoid Trenz!

I ordered a heated steering wheel cover, which took ages to arrive and then did not fit. I’ve tried to arrange a return to get a refund, but the Trenz site is not working. Fear this is a scam.

I waited for a month for package to arrive. When it did it was to small so requested to return and needed return shipping notice. You only have a month to return. I have emailed everyday since it arrived 6 days and no response. It’s a scam

Bought a small security camera

Bought a small security camera, it doesn’t work. Contacted Trenz several times eventually got sent a link to a video surprise surprise it didn’t work. Also bought a cat water fountain it didn’t have a UK plug and didn’t have the spare filters I ordered açai contacted Trenz told I was wrong. They offered me £2 of my next order totally pointless as I will never purchase another item from this bunch of sharp practicing con artists. I would advise everyone else to do the same.

Last month I bought non slip fleece…

Last month I bought non slip fleece lined winter boots, when they arrived they were about two sizes less than I ordered, I informed them, sent photos of them next to a boot that was the size ordered to prove my point, they told me to return them, and now they claim that they have not arrived, so will not refund me!! DISGUSTING!!!!

TRENZ SENT WRONG ITEM-THEY IN FORMED ME TO SEND THE ITEM BACK -THIS I DID AT MY EXPENSE-THEY WILL NOT REFUND -EMAILED MANY TIMES WITHOUT ANSWER.
IT DOES PAY TO READ REVIEWS WHEN ORDERING .TRENZ THIS COMPANY HAS GOT MANY BAD ONES.
MEMO---IF YOU HAVE PAID BY PAYPAL YOU CAN OPEN A CASE AGAINST THEM. I FOUND THIS EXCELLENT AS THEY AWARDED MY INITIAL PAYMENT BACK TO ME.

I don’t want even give one star

I don’t want even give one star. Bought a mystery box supposedly valued at £60 for £19 plus p&p. Was a mystery all right couple of balloons and small plastic cheap toys not worth £5 in total. Tried different ways of contacting them no domain exists etc I never complain or review anything. But this got my back up. I too WANT MY MONEY BACK. Scammers

Terrible company

Terrible company, wish I had come here before ordering. I ordered a sleeping bag blanket in I thought was a large but medium arrived and it feels more like a small. I initially received tracking saying it had been dispatched a couple of weeks later nothing so I emailed them and got no reply, then next day got a email saying it had just been dispatched. I have tried to contact about the size issue but have got no response so left giving a present for Christmas that may be no good for the recipient.

Horrible socks

Order #54337. About the only positive thing one can say about this experience is that it didn't cost much. It took ages to arrive, the packaging was shocking, the socks looked like someone had worn them and didn't bother to wash them afterward.
I won't bother to buy again from this site.

Purchased a heated Gillet for grandfather. Product ordered was an XXl but they sent a xs. Emailed 3 times and provided all the information requested but they have ignored all requested for a refund. See if the product you want can be sourced elsewhere, as they seem not care after the sale has been made.

I bought a outside wall thermometer.
Only to find when it was delivered, the thermometer was badly broken..

Informed the company. Who said “ take a photo “
Then we can send you another one .

Which they did. Only to find it was in a worse state than the first one.

Before we took it out of the inadequate package.
We could hear it rattling.
On opening, it was almost all in bits.

Won’t bother with this company again

I requested a refund as the robot…

I requested a refund as the robot carpet cleaner did not work. They requested photograghs? and I sent it back to the address they provided. I used EVRI and have sent TRENZ proof of collection and delivery and Evri's reference number. Trenz have not replied to me , having sent a number of emails.There is no phone number to ring. I just want MY MONEY BACK!
