I was having some trouble with locating where I needed to be, security staff noticed my distress and directed me to where I needed to be. They were incredibly helpful, polite and very professional.

Staff are Friendly and do their jobs amazingly!

It was My husband's 60th birthday and our son got us tickets to a favourite gig of his, he is diagnosed with Ataxia, which is a genetic disorder that causes a loss of coordination.

He was mistaken to be drunk by the bartenders, he just wanted some water and due to his slow speech, security where notified. They were not rude but due to some trouble near the bar previously they assumed my husband was drunk. I believe due to a lack of medical training in security they mistook him to be intoxicated, they requested for the manager (Rey), and the lovely young man immediately knew that my husband had a condition and what I was talking about.

Immediately he notified his team to stand down as he saw how vulnerable my husband was as he was surrounded by the security. Rey helped us by bringing us some water, a chair for my husband to sit on, and creating some space, he also called for a welfare team to look after us and they assessed my husband and agreed that he was not drunk, he was stable, conscious of his behaviour, and safe to stay at this event. Rey managed to get us seated in a sectioned-off area with chairs and spoke to the bartenders and security.

I have been working with Trojan security with 2 pubs in London and they are fantastic, I deal with one guy - Enver - who is very personable and helpful. Would recommend 100%

I've recently attended a top up course in the Atlantic hotel in Liverpool with a teacher called Jayne Eccleshare fromTrojan Security. My thought on this teacher is extremely poor.my second time being on this course both times she has bin disrespectful to myself and others.The first time i saw here despicable attitude was when a person stud up and excused himself to pop to the toilet and her response was you got 2 minutes hurry up .Then I explained to her i have dyslexia and her response was my two kids have dyslexia and they can remember what they have read .This was a script i had to repeat word for word on the role-play scenario witch when i said my words she was extremely discriminatory towards me because am from Liverpool and she insisted i didn't say LAD or kidda as am role plying with a other person in the classroom. And she constantly threatened she was going to fail me on the course day . I was forced to walk out .I complained through the guardpass app and they gave me a second chance to attend the course again free of charge and apologised for her behaviour.The Recently second time i was on the course i was sitting quietly in the classroom and asked her a question do you need me to do anything as we hadn't spoken yet and her response was who am i .Even though one chair was empty for me as she quit well new it was for me and she was expecting me as i was the last pupil to turn up mid day and she has my details on here computer and i said my name and said to her i complained about you before hence am back on the course again so please do you need me to do anything .And her response was get up and get out or i will call the police. And i did and I've yet again complained about her through the Guardpass app and I've still not heard nothing as yet .This female teacher is discriminatory Extremely combative Female and Is so unhappy In the position, she find herself in and takes Her frustrations out on many of us trying to pay for a service to get Licensed . She has no Business Teaching anybody.and I've bin in Contact with SIA and other Agencies to complain about here.

I enrolled into the door supervisor's training through Get-Licensed and I was made to undergo Training through Trojan Security, I went through the Training and Sat for the Trident Examination on the last day and scored very high marks in all the subjects. Surprisingly, when the final results were released I was asked to resit for unit one snd two practical assessments, I wondered why, I was rescheduled anyway. On the day of the examination, the trainer gave me the code into the qualhub app only for me to discover that my previous work was not sent or assessed. I didn't argue though she turned around to allege that I wrote the statement from home. I told her then that it was impossible as no student will have assess until the trainer gives out the code, so it was not possible for me to put anything in there until I am permitted, she laid the matter to rest at that moment, resent the same work to me, asked me to rewrite and submit. While, I was drafting a fresh statement on a plain sheet placed on top of the course book, I did not open the book and I was not told to keep the book aside, when I entered the venue, and as there were no desks or tables in the centre where I could write comfortably. Jane E came around and accused me of plagiarism, I wondered what it had to do with statement writing, a statement is supposed to be my own idea, not by any other person. She also claimed I uploaded the work directly from my phone and this again is not possible as the Qualhub app does not allow you to copy, paste or upload. Within split seconds she had escalated the issue without investigating, even when I pleaded that they look at my work and compare whether I was copying, it was like her mind was already madeup and the other examiner asked me to leave the venue and call get licensed. I have called Get Licensed and they told me there was a breach of policy, without also investigating the issue I wrote to Trojan Security by myself and through Trident Awards and till this day, they keep tossing me from right to left, it is now clear to me that Jane Ecccleshare wanted me out if the program at all cost, if not why did she apply double standards in the training process, when I wrote the statement she first made all the tranees to write on a plain sheet, show it to her severally before transferring to the app, moreover, she is the instructor, it is here duty to give clear instructions before asking a student to start any process. the search practical was done to different people differently, some did repeatedly before it was okayed while dome were made to do it just once. Secondly, in every institution, when you accuse a student of malpractice. A thoroughly investigation follows before judgement is passed. But here, Jane is the accuser and the judge. It is very sad that I paid more than 400 pounds for a course, wasted a whole week studying for the same course and be deliberately denied of the opportunity to get a license.

These guys ensured last night’s gig at Troxy went smoothly in a professional and diligent manner. They completed constant welfare checks on the crowd and provided much needed water to the public. Having worked previously in the industry it’s really positive when security gets it right. Well doneTrojans
