I was a bit disappointed with a delay in delivering my order, but otherwise brilliant customer service.

I just needed to replace a broken toilet seat, but needed a specific one. It was easy to find and order on the site. I was kept up to date and the delivery was exceptional arriving in less than two days. Overall excellent service, and I would use UK Bathroom Warehouse again.

Very prompt delivery service when requested

Great communication throughout multiple deliveries. I felt the team went the extra mile to meet my deadlines for orders being delivered so as not to impede progress on the bathroom fit outs in my home. A damaged sink was replaced with out any quibbling and the replacement delivered as a priority.

Had to wait longer for delivery but wasn’t informed , so wasted time hanging around . Finally got delivery 3 days late

Do not buy from this company. I bought some stop valves which would not turn when received in which I sent a video showing this. I have then reordered and they worked fine. They will not refund the delivery charge even though I had to buy again and have spent over £600. Poor customer service.

Had a big family bathroom ripped out and a new one put in.
From my first contact with Newbury Bathroom Warehouse to the last one the service was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Given great help and advice at our first visit when we knew nothing about installing a new bathroom. Our big order was delivered on time and in a friendly and helpful manner. I asked to change the date and that was done without any hassle at all. A coupe of items had to be returned and reordered due to damage from the warehouse. This was done without any quibbles, in a friendly and professional manner. The whole experience over a number of weeks has been pleasant, hassle free and streamlined.
Special mention to Vinny and Henry who have gone above and beyond.
Would highly recommend and when we do another bathroom next year we will be back.

Ordered replacement toilet seats on 18th June, called to check delivery date on 21st June and told should be received from supplier on 24th June and despatched either that day or following day. Had not arrived by 2nd July so chased up again only to find had not be received from supplier. Is there no order tracking controls? Not happy, unlikely to have products before 5th July :-(

Last year I wrote a poor review of the service from UK Bathroom Warehouse (Oxford branch). This is by way of a corrective, firstly because the original problem was primarily down to their supplier (in this case, Crosswater), plus I have just received some excellent service from this store in obtaining a replacement accessory. Thanks to Craig and Simon V. for all your help.
