Complete process was digital, that's great. Unfortunately, handing over was a bit unprofessional, not everything was explained, not always giving an answer to my questions and the flat was dirty.

Good service and quality

I had an amazing experience with Urban Ground with the appartment that I rented for my first month in Berlin. In a brand new building with absolutely everything I needed inside the apartment and with a very well taste.
The team was super nice, everyone speaking english and super professional.

Excellent experience. Made finding an apartment in Berlin as an expat very fast and easy - a process that can be very long and difficult. Quick responses in English. Highly recommended.

Yet another update.
After some negotiations, we realized that I had some points in my contract missing, that's why there was a miscommunication.
So now they paid everything back as it was written in the contract. Thanks to Deniz personally. That was fast and fair. I have no other options but rate them back to 5 as every company could have issues and miscommunications. Good companies are the ones that can fix them and be customer-friendly.
For more than year and a half I did not have any issue with them except the deposit which was resolved happily.

Changed my opinion because after moving out they decided not to pay back all the deposit, kept a part of it. It happened 3 months after the handover. Very disappointed.

I liked this experience

Everyone speaks English. Try to solve problems as soon as possible.
All documents are signed online, you can translate before signing.

It's really easy and fast to rent apartment. They even gave me temporary apartment while I was waiting for the other to be finished. Friendly and fair.

Hassle free renting of apartments is possible to urban ground. The team is friendly. All of my queries were answered within the same day.

Very good company. They helped us a lot through the initial process and were very quick with answering emails.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very satisfied with how the guys from Urban Ground do their work. They are very responsive on requests and very helpful, that makes me comfortable to recommend to everybody to contact these guys to make it easier for you to find a nice and good place to live!

I found my first flat in Berlin with Urban Ground in summer 2019. Team is really professional and helpful.
There were some problems in the flat initially (since the flat was renovated and quite new), but the team responded very nicely and handled them.
I have been living in the flat for 6 months without problems.
You can always reach them via e-mail, or phone if preferred.
Overall, im really happy with my experience with Urban Ground as of now and can advice anybody to work with them when seeking a flat.

Great recommendation to Urban Ground. Their apartments are very nice and fully equiped with all furniture and utensiles that are needed, with internet and televison from the first day and possibility to include all the bills into monthly rent to decrease your obligations.

Finding apartment in Berlin is very hard, finding apartment in Berlin in short time equiped with everything you need is almost impossible, which is why I give my recommendation for Urban Ground providing excellent living quarters.

The team in Urban Ground is very pleasent, friendly and quick to respond when you have any question, problem or doubt.

The monthly rent is little bit more expensive than usual, but we have to keep in mind that we don't have to deal with any bills excapt of the rent, the apartment is fully furnished with new modern furnishing and with all needed machinery (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, ironer...) plus your landlord is a group of very nice, friendly and international people.
