We had an awkward box/bumper we needed…
We had an awkward box/bumper we needed shipped but couldn't go freight because it was going to a residence so we had a hard time getting anyone to deliver it. uShip worked out great. The delivery professional contacted us right away & delivered it the very next day. Excellent communication, fast, friendly service. It worked out really well. Will definitely use uShip again 5 star.

My buyer was having UShip ship my car to him in another state. The driver called me and said he would be at my house in 1 hour, 3 hours later I called him and he said the dispatcher had canceled the pickup order. When I called the buyer he was not aware of it and called UShip numerous times and got several promises and times to pick it up. One time I was out of town and drove 1 hour home only to get stood up again and with no notice. They are not answering my buyers calls and he has decided to go with another shipper. Wish I could give them a -5 stars.
