Excessive costs
The cost for a consultation is extortionate. The cost to issue some pills is excessive and I've been charged for a service I havent used and not yet been offered a refund.

Great out of hours veterinary service.
We arrived at Farnham vets now and they were so busy. They asked if we minded going to Winchester ( New Arlesford ) as they were concerned about the wait. We arrived at Winchester and were seen straight away. They were extremely caring and understanding ,and made Daisy much more comfortable. So we could take home to get better.

Vets Now saved my dog’s life.
My dog was dying when I brought him in. He had symptoms of sepsis and as he was already on antibiotics I didn’t expect him to last the night.

Money grabbers
Money grabbers, don't think of the welfare of the animal and just think about how much they can get out of you. No empathy towards pet or owner... when you call when you have an emergency, it goes to a call centre, when they call you back after explaining that you have made the decision to not put your pet through any more procedures they ask you to bring them in so they can assess and discuss which is then another £350 at least, that's just the vet consultation. Vet covering from different area was lovely though.

Highly professional, calm and put us at ease in a stressful situation when our 4 month old pup had a severe allergic reaction. Very good communication. I can’t recommend the team highly enough.

Insurance claim mislaid
We paid Vets Now a fee for submitting an insurance claim to Petplan for emergency treatment on the night of 18/19 June. This was for a very large sum.
Today,24 June, we checked on progress on our claim with Pet Plan but they had no record of a claim.
This company justifies its high prices by reference to its high costs but its accounts at company house suggest it is making a considerable profit
