I had never done anything like this before. THIS is the place to start if you want to send a collection of videos to a friend to mark an event. The customer service from these folks is off the charts. I received responses within a minute any time I had a question about how the site worked, or the best way to do something, or the cost, etc. They were there in a flash and had the answer to my questions.

Instructions were clear and to the point. Sending invitations was easy. Rearranging the pics and videos was a breeze. The total completed package was beautiful and the recipient thoroughly enjoyed seeing all her family with birthday wishes for her!

This was the 3rd time I’ve used VidDay for milestone family birthdays. It was easy for the contributors to upload their messages, I am very pleased with the result and by sending out all the invites by email, VidDay sent any reminders out automatically. All done on my mobile phone. Will definitely use again! 😀

Vidday was so easy to use and the chat was always available for help and always solved my problems. I was dealing with people for a 70th birthday so some of them were scared of technology so it was easy enough for them to text or email pics or video to me and I would upload for them. Reasonably priced and I paid extra for better quality and it think it made a difference. Would recommend and use again!!

Easy to upload pics ... but time-consuming trying to date-order them. Could not get task done.

Mostly disappointed in two major things:
1) The main reason that I chose this company (to buy from) was cause they offered DVD's and also USB/Memory Card purchase options.
But after making my Video - I found out that I could not purchase either (due to out-of-stock)!!! Very Frustrated.
2) I paid extra for this company to edit/clean-up any of my video mistakes. But when I compared my video with the final one that was supposedly edited by the selling company -- it appears there is no difference.
The final Birthday Video will suffice for the surprise birthday party - but not my preferred or expected outcome.

This is a surprise gift for my dad for his 90th birthday. There were a few people who had difficulty uploading, but even less technologically minded like me were able to record and send a video. You make it easy to put all the videos together in the order I want. I am also very grateful to have had the live chat help when I have needed it. A special thank you to Dominique for getting the cameo video on there for me!

This was so easy! The hardest part was uploading my photos! I am not super techy. I only wish I could have embedded a longer video of the actual memorial service, but it was too large (10 min), so I sent in 2 links. Thank you!

The app was easy to use for a not so tech-savvy person like myself. Once contact information was provided, it sent out the invitations. The only problem was that a few people didn't receive the link - and I do believe 1 or 2 of them! Once people had uploaded their videos/photos/messages it was easy to put them in order and upload my choice of music. This was for my husband's 70th Birthday and he loved it.

I cannot tell you what a fabulous gift I was able to give my sister for her 60th birthday all because of VidDay!!! I know I won’t be able to top it, no matter how many other gift-giving occasions we might have on this earth. It included family as well as friends from all sorts of chapters in her life. Some shared heartfelt messages while others poked some fun while others did little skits reenacting days gone by. It ended up being a full-length feature film. Seriously! It was 1.5 hours, and one of the best movies I’ve ever watched. :) VidDay made the process easy and fun and the finished product something to behold. I also had them create a custom song and it was incredible. I am so glad I found out about VidDay in time for her big bday. It was one for the books!

We wanted to celebrate my mother’s 100 birthday, noting that she lives in Haiti, while most of her family live in the US and in Europe. The service performed very well and provided us a way to crowdsource an awesome celebration. I started the video with a blessing from a bishop she knew for a long time; then over 7 minutes, a slideshow was done with photos of her across the years; finally I solicited short video selfies from family and friends reflecting on her impact on them and wishing her happy birthday. I got 54 videos, ranging from 5 seconds to 3 minutes in duration. She was ecstatic to see all this. In fact, she cried as the first video selfie played. The video was complemented by a zoom reunion gathering everyone. There were 33 connections, many with multiple people who had gathered for this event. The service made all this happen and my mother who is clear-minded and mobile very happy. The day after her birthday, I got over 10 calls from her thanking me, a call each time she got a visitor and asked my sister to play the video for that guest.

This has been so incredibly easy to do! From start to finish it has been a breeze. When I did have questions, Lauren was on Live Chat and clicked into chat immediately and was able to help me out. EVERY company needs to take lessons from vidday.com to learn what REAL customer service is supposed to look like!

Really great service, especially when friends and family are scattered across the globe! Used it for my friend's 60th and my daughter's 21st and they both loved their videos.

I had the pleasure working with Jacquie and the VidDay Team to upload my Shout Out video to play before the showing at a local theatre to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Although it was way overdue and past the submission time, the team along side Jacquie not only gave me an extended submission time, they were able to approve the video and submitted it on her behalf. Jacquie and the VidDay Team was such a big help for a memorable time in such a time crunch that my whole family will witness as a surprise. Thank you again. We used VidDay to compile a video of well wishes for a friend with significant health issues who was entering hospital for a clinical trial. The website/app is so easy to use, and does a wonderful job! I cried watching the preview of well wishes and would use this service again for hopefully happier ocassions! Easy to use, professional

I appreciate all the patience the staff had walking me through everything I needed to know to get this video the way I wanted it. I have used the Vidday service 3 times now over several years- for my wife's 65th birthday, my sister's 70th birthday, and most recently for our 50th wedding anniversary. For the first 2, I involved other family and friends to submit video messages. For our anniversary I didn't ask others for messages (that would have been awkward!) , I just put together a montage of photos and video clips from our 50 years of living together. Vidday makes it easy- once you decide what photos and video clips you want to include, you can edit photos and videos as required, decide how long each photo should be displayed, and choose your background music(a very important decision as it really sets the "mood" for the montage). I find the whole process of creating the montage and watching the final product very emotional- you are highlighting someone's life in may cases, and what they mean to other family and friends.
