Absolutely Disgusting Customer Services
This is the first time that I am reviewing on here without having an email request about a purchase, but the service received has been so bad that I felt I needed to put this out there.
I am not really much of a vaper - mostly when I'm out with friends or when I'm stressed. Recently I found that one of my clearomizers had a little crack in it and was therefore leaking, so I went straight online and ordered another set, ordering a couple of other bits at the same time including a case so I wouldn't crack another one.
They arrived on Tuesday, I filled them up let them stand then put In the case and then into my handbag. Wednesday I was caught in traffic and got one out noticing a sweet smell - both of the new ones had leaked and had no liquid left in it. No signs of damage at all so probably a factory fault. I didn't think it would be a big deal (when I took a friend to our local stall to get herself one they specifically told her that if it leaked within 7 days bring it straight back for a replacement) so I sent an email, explaining the situation and asking if I would be able to return it to the stall rather than posting back to them. A response came very quickly apologising and offering to resend with my next order, I apologised and said as I wasn't a regular I would have to order another set to get the free set and pay for postage. Which felt ridiculous - I'd have to spend more money to get a working version of what I'd already ordered.
Then I hit the brick wall - all they will offer is that I can post it back to them for "testing" and if they find it faulty they will refund me. Since then despite me stating different rights, all I have had is responses saying to send it back for testing. I've had it escalated to complaints and still getting the same thing. I will be reporting them to trading standards (a quick google shows this is a major issue) Just be careful when dealing with them if you choose to.
Poor customer service
I emailed them to complain about the quality of a product only to be told its sold as disposable so if its breaks then tough luck basically unless its dead on arrival or reported within 48 hours. The item broke after only a couple of weeks and have refused to replace, choosing another brand, customer service atrocious
Am kind of pleased...
But now I'm really wondering about any offers/vouchers incentives for customers to stay. Their prices and delivery charges have increased too.
