Vola Reviews

Vola’s Senior Technical Advisor was extremely helpful and went out of his way to address our technical query.
It’s clear the companies level of service is as impressive as the great product they offer!

Customer Service Consultants were
experienced and knowledgeable of products. A very efficient, helpful and courteous service.
A refreshing experience.

Such stunning and well thought out products in amazing finishes for understated, Scandinavian luxury. I went to the London showroom today and received the best customer service from Amaya - so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Tap handle lever had come off and was not fixing with what seemed like lots of gunk. Several plumber advised the tap handle would need replacing. But Richard (Baker), one of Vola’s technical advisors called me back in a timely fashion and gave me exact and patient advice on how to both resolve the tap and clean the tap spout for general maintenance. It’s rare to get such patient and precise advice these days, he even took my second call with some stupid questions. I managed to fix the issue myself in 15mins. No replacements needed. Thank you Richard!

As a designer, Vola will always be a go to.
But a brand is also about the people and the relationships formed, that build trust. Having known the team in London for many years, specifically Carmen Eastman, the attention to detail, wealth of knowledge, intertwined with kindness and care makes the specifying of Vola an easy one. A brand can only be as good as the people who represent it and Carmen and Amaya are exceptional.

I remodeled my kitchen and decided to go with Vola brassware. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The design is not only sleek and modern but also highly functional. The craftsmanship is impeccable; every detail reflects quality and care.

Installation was straightforward, and the UK customer service team (Carmen Eastman) was incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions promptly. I love how the brassware adds a touch of elegance to my space, and the durability is evident in its performance.

If you’re looking for reliable and stylish brassware, I highly recommend Vola. It’s definitely worth the investment!

I had Vola brassware installed throughout my apartment having called in their Vola International Store in London to see the quality of their products first hand. I was met by Carmen Eastman there, who guided me expertly through their product range. She went on to help at every step of the way. From design - through the order process - to completion. When I wanted advice after completion she was there again to help. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Nothing too much trouble. Can’t recommend Vola and Carmen enough

Beautiful products, and stunning showroom. The staff have always been proactively helpful and friendly on all occasions. Carmen has been absolutely fantastic to deal with from a specification perspective, and product knowledge.

I have visited their main showroom twice (both the previous one and the new one) to get help with specifying brassware for a new bathroom and kitchen. On both occasions Carmen was excellent with multiple follow up emails, was able to provide very percise technical information and most importantly ensured we got the exact product codes for what we were ordering (they don't sell direct so you have to go through a dealer). There are so many options, colours, arm/body lengths, lever length etc, it is vital you get the right codes. (Our bathroom supplier got one code incorrect for a shower system which Carmen picked up, thankfully or it could have been an expensive mistake!). All very professional. I've been a fan of Vola products for 30 years, the products are very expensive but the quality and aesthetics are superb!

Very beautiful but less than user friendly to maintain the finish if you’ve chosen brass. We have kitchen fixtures in brass from a different manufacturer and i definitely think they shine up differently. I find the Vola taps and shower patina very quickly and are difficult to maintain despite polished with brasso. So unless you’re looking for patina perhaps think twice

Always there when you need them support .For all my requests I received immediately support and help.
The best company with the best service and team in all the departments.
Thanks a lot for your support Vola.to

The inlet tubing on the kitchen faucet was pushed out of the main body by the water pressure, resulting in a sudden major leak underneath the kitchen counter. This happened as a result of corrosion in the main body threads, after less than 10 years in operation. As the threads are gone, the only appropriate fix is a new unit.

Vola claimed the fault was a result of errors in the electric system or poor water quality. We payed for third party controls of both to rule out these claims. As expected, nothing wrong was found, but now Vola and the Norwegian importer Shelby changed their argumentation and wouldn't take any responsibility regardless of no faults on our side... At least they could have informed that they wouldn't take any responsibility in the first place, saving us the cost of ruling out their excuses.

Based on our experience - stay away from Vola unless you are prepared to replace your appliances at your own cost within 10 years and to risk sudden major water leaks.

I have had a Vola spout in the kitchen for over 20 years. There have been only two occasions where it began to drip from the middle rotating joint. Each time, Vola UK has sent me a replacement washer free of charge. Excellent service. (Very easy to remove the old worn out washer and fit the replacemnt. A one minute job.)

Vola is supposed to be a premium quality bramd of taps showerheads etc. I had my whole home fitted with this brand (6 bathrooms). After two years the rvs showerhead is showing signs of rust. When I addressed the issue to with brussels headoffice they sent a mail back rust is not their problem blaming it on cleaning and water. We never cleaned the showerhead with a non approved product. Just an arrogant denial of their poor quality. Do not believe this is a premium brand.

Very disappointed with customer service when you purchase the supposed rolls Royce of taps at £1400 you don’t expect to be putting it in the bin because it can’t be repaired customer service said just buy another. I won’t use or recommend their products they are overrated and if you watch their publicity video delusional.

Do not order from this company ,someone bought a phone case and used my bank card to pay for it ,it was only £3 but my card details must have been stored on there site ,I wrote to them ,I told them someone from another Country had ordered it so I dont know why they did not email me and ask if I knew about it ,they ask for details ,I sent them copies of the order with the name and address of the person ,I did not get a reply ,I emailed them a few times with no luck of my money back or an apology, I will stay clear of these from now on ,

I have a Vola kv1 product. All of sudden water comes out back of product. Vertical tube needs to be replaced due to water coming out 2cm from welding. Buying a new piece, and install this carefully as per instructions. Less than 3 months after water comes out from where the product is designed to fit together with main construction in the vertical tube again. Call dealer for replacement under warranty and sends pictures. Got a call from Vola Customer Service who denies replacement since we as a customer have misused the product - no discussion !!?
My recommendation - Do absolutely not buy a Vola product since the customer service and warranty is bad ! We were forced to pay for the new tube again, to avoid changing everything.
