Ongoing Issues and Poor Communicationel trailer in…
I purchased my travel trailer in November 2024 and have been unable to properly use it due to ongoing service and warranty issues. The trailer has been in the shop most of the past 11 months and has only been usable four times.
Problems include a damaged awning, bent front rail, roof material bubble, spare tire carrier issues, separating interior door frame, rear drop-down screen, refrigerator failures, and peeling interior panels and trim. Despite repeated assurances that repairs were ordered or completed, nothing has been resolved.
I contacted Heartland directly and confirmed that the last parts order was shipped and received back in July 2025, yet I am still told that parts are on backorder with no timeline. This indicates a serious breakdown in communication.
I am frustrated with the lack of honesty, follow-through, and transparency. For a high-cost product, this level of service is unacceptable.
