A lot of very useful ground was covered in a well organised and well delivered webinar.
The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and came across as both relaxed and authoritative, expertly splitting the copious amounts of material up into bite-sized sections, while fielding the many questions raised with patience and humour.
Despite this being a dry and daunting subject, the time just flew by!
