Excellent service from Matthew

Excellent service from Matthew. My new boiler was installed in less than a day and works perfectly. Matthew arrived at the sheduled time and got stuck into the job immediately. This is a man who takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail is second to none.Anyone needing a new boiler then this is your man. Very highly Recommended.

Great service and trustworthy engineer

Matt kept us informed throughout the process so that we knew when he was coming to fit our new boiler. He’s friendly and personable and talked me through the whole process, as well as detailed guidance once the boiler was installed. Couldn’t recommend Matt enough - we were really pleased with his work!

Trustworthy & Professional

Matthew visited to fit my new boiler on Sat 21st February 2026 following a week without heating due to the old system breaking. Very grateful to him for coming out on a Saturday to complete the job.

Friendly and professional, he kept tidy after himself and used floor protection on our carpets without being requested to do so which was appreciated. The little details for me always make the difference.

The biggest compliment I can pay Matthew is that I will be looking to contract his services again when further plumbing and heating work is required in my home, despite him being based out of Liverpool and we live in Birmingham.

For a while now I've been trying to find a plumbing and heating contractor that we can turn to and know the work will be of a quality we are happy with in our home - Matthew is the man for us.

Brilliant boiler installation


Brilliant boiler installation by Matthew. Great communication before arrival -no waiting about wondering when he would turn up. Excellent, very clean job done. Very understanding of restricted space into which boiler etc needed to fit. Clear concise and informative explanation of controls - have never understood a boiler so well! Appreciated follow up call to check everything ok - which it was. Will only have Matthew to service the boiler from now on.
