Flowers arrived horribly packaged

Flowers arrived horribly packaged and it went downhill from there. I was able to put them in water (as directed) within five minutes of receiving them. I ordered Lily of the Valley which is an incredibly delicate flower (and cost over $250 for 25 stems!!!) for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary (my mom had these for her bridal bouquet) so should have been packaged very carefully. Most of the greenery was damaged and at least half of the stems. I followed all the procedures by calling, chatting, and completing the claim form with photos and received a canned response that the damage was not damage and just lack of hydration. I have continued to take care of the flowers in the hopes they would be fine by the event (two days after delivery - a day before I actually requested delivery) and they have just not recovered. I have received no additional support and been told I can send them back using overnight mail (which is not how they were sent to me - packaged on Tuesday and arrived Thursday) and will have to pay a $50 fee and 35% restocking. For their damaged flowers! DON'T USE THEM!

We are sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations.

Upon receiving the claim, our team carefully reviewed the photos submitted. The images did not show damage to the flower heads or stems. Lily of the Valley are sold and priced by the stem; the foliage is included as complementary greenery and natural variation may occur.

We offered the option to return the product for a full refund in accordance with our Satisfaction Policy. The customer chose to keep the flowers, and as a gesture of goodwill we extended a 30% store credit while allowing the product to be retained.

We always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can review concerns promptly and offer appropriate resolutions. Our team remains committed to transparency, fairness, and supporting customers through the claims process.

Impossible to get refund on order not received

I ordered 3 different types of flowers for my mothers Celebration of Life. 2 were received, and unfortunately her favorite was not. Turns out the box was damaged in FedEx transit and undeliverable. Whole Blossoms would not refund, and said they had to file claim with FedEx. This was approx July 19th. It is Oct 3 and I have still not received refund. FedEx processed the claim the Whole Blossoms in Sept. I've left numerous messages and texts, and nobody will respond. Check upfront what the refund policy is and if youll ever get one.

Dear Darcy,

We are truly sorry for the frustration you felt during the process. We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.

As soon as FedEx informed us that the box was lost (not just damaged), we immediately offered you a store credit to resolve things more quickly. You indicated you preferred to wait for a direct refund. Since FedEx claims have their own timeline, we remained in contact with you until FedEx completed the claim. The moment FedEx issued the check, we refunded you the full amount they provided ($100). The remaining $2.59, which was not covered by FedEx, was left as store credit.

We want to assure you that we responded to your messages throughout, and we apologize if there was any confusion. Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and efficiently. Should you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always here to help.

Sincerely,
The Whole Blossoms Team

Wedding Flowers

We DIY'd our wedding flowers! With a floral undercurrent to our theme, this could've been a risky decision. But Whole Blossoms came through with incredible quality and range of flowers. We ordered delivery two days before our wedding and it was the perfect amount of time for the blooms to open up. I wouldn't go much more than 3-4 days in advance though because now, a week later, they all look pretty meh. Make sure to get some 5-gallon buckets (ours were from Costco) and have them pre-filled with water so on the day of delivery you can open up the boxes and immediately put your flowers in the water. And do note that it takes longer than you think to assemble bouquets!

I honestly wish I could leave a 0 star…

I honestly wish I could leave a 0 star review! I paid to have my flowers from WholeBlossoms arrive before my wedding and only 1 out of the 3 I ordered did. The other two arrived after my wedding and WERE COMPLETELY DEAD! My sister/bridesmaid was unable to join my bachelorette party because she had to run out to multiple places to get flowers last minute. When I returned from my honeymoon they fought and ghosted me for weeks! I reach out multiple times and they said they would get back to me and didn't. After a month and a half they stopped responding and NEVER gave me a refund for my late and dead flowers! Actually the WORST experience I have ever had with a company! Would NOT recommend.

I cannot express enough gratitude to…

I cannot express enough gratitude to Whole Blossoms for making my November wedding absolutely magical! My name is Emily, and my wedding took place on November 18, 2023, in the charming city of Charleston, South Carolina. My husband and I wanted a vibrant yet elegant look for our big day, and the flowers from Whole Blossoms truly exceeded all our expectations.
We chose Lily of the Valley, Blue Hydrangea, and Yellow Marigolds to create an unforgettable color palette that perfectly complemented our outdoor garden venue. The delicate Lily of the Valley added a soft, romantic touch to my bouquet, while the Blue Hydrangeas brought a sense of sophistication and depth to our table arrangements. The bright Yellow Marigolds were the perfect pop of color, symbolizing joy and warmth for our special day.
The flowers arrived fresh and on time, packaged with care, and they smelled heavenly! The quality of the blooms was outstanding—vibrant, long-lasting, and even more beautiful than we imagined. Our florist had no trouble working with them, and guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the arrangements were.
Whole Blossoms' service was impeccable. The team answered all my questions promptly, guided me through the ordering process, and even helped with flower care tips to ensure everything looked flawless for the wedding. And the price? For all the flowers we ordered, we only paid $1,250, which was incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity we received.
If you’re planning a wedding or special event, don’t think twice—choose Whole Blossoms! Their flowers truly brought my vision to life and made our wedding day unforgettable. I will definitely be ordering from them again for future events. Thank you, Whole Blossoms, for making our dream wedding a reality!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's…

I ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding. She wanted Dahlias. I was to have them delivered on Wednesday so they would be ready to go by Sat. On Monday I received a Fed Ex tracking number, although it just said the label was made. I figured everything was on track. Tuesday I get a text saying the flowers I ordered a couple weeks earlier were going to arrive Friday instead. I was not happy as I didn't have time to process and make the bouquets Friday between noon and the rehearsal dinner at 5. They had no other options of Dahlias. So They promised they would be there by NOON on Friday at the latest. Friday comes, still no flowers at noon. I call and they said they would be there by 1 pm. At this point I was wanting my money back. Nope. I will have to file a claim with my credit card company. And guess what.... It is now the MONDAY after the wedding and still... NO FLOWERS.
They are impossible to get a hold of. Their service is horrible, and in no world would I have count on them to deliver what you ordered on time, or ever for that matter. I can't believe this company is in business!

Not perfect but still worth it.

The overall quality was excellent. We had three flowers that needed to be substituted due to availability issues. This was a bit frustrating, and one of the colors substituted didn't match the wedding colors very well, so we did not use them as intended. Otherwise, the other two substitutions were fine. Customer service was quick to communicate the information via text and were easy to work with. There was one unexpected upcharge of $15 because they said I ordered from a May catalog instead of the July one. I still don't understand why/how this happened, as I feel it was WholeBlossom's responsibility not to make things available at certain price points and not my responsibility. In the grand scheme of things, the $15 was not a deal breaker, and the quality and timeliness were still worth the price.

A Delightful Experience

Choosing Whole Blossoms for my wedding flowers was one of the best decisions I made while planning my special day! I had the most delightful experience with their service. The pink peonies and white roses I ordered arrived in such pristine condition, they took my breath away. Each bloom was vibrant and bursting with life, adding an exquisitely romantic touch to the ceremony and reception. The flowers looked fresh throughout the day, exuding a natural elegance that perfectly matched the aesthetics of my wedding. The care and attention to detail from Whole Blossoms were evident, from the meticulous packaging to ensure their safe arrival to their prompt customer service that addressed every query I had. Their dedication to providing premium-quality flowers at a reasonable price truly sets them apart. Whole Blossoms have my heartfelt recommendation for anyone looking to add that special floral touch to their event. They’re truly a cut above the rest!

Beware if you have a problem

RUN. Received inferior product and spent hours verifying it to be give a "half" credit as they didn't think they were all bad (they were all bad). To pour vinegar in the wound they made it all but impossible to use the credit and it took hours of my life (phone calls/emails/texts) to try and use a credit that I was MORE THAN entitled to. RUN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I order 150 flowers, the condition of the flower where terrible! 8 flowers had no head, all the stems were bent. I reach out to customer service in which was the topping on the cake. The chatted with me and when I told them my problem, they had an attitude that my box was badly damaged. She ignored me in the chat, I would get a response than have to wait hours for another reply in an instant chat. I will count the flowers tonight, it does not look like 150 flowers

If I could give them a negative one…

If I could give them a negative one star I would. I have many experiences ordering flowers from wholesale companies. I have never had a problem. But this time I chose to use this company because they had the flowers I wanted. I called to place the order so I could confirm that they would get there timely. I am renting a Venue that there is nobody to take delivery. Not only ate the flowers not going to be there for my event. But they are arriving 5 days in advance and will sit in their box for 48 hours in 100 degree weather. This is a destination location and I made it clear when I would arrive. When I called to confirm the flowers last week I found out that they were arriving 5 days in advance.l asked for either money back. New delivery date. Or new delivery address but received no help. But I did receive a lengthy letter telling me that it was basically my fault. Do not order from this company.

Sorely disappointed

I worked with the whole blossoms team to select the perfect delivery day for my event. I eagerly awaited my overnight delivery, which did not arrive; whole blossoms even contacted me about the delay!

Unfortunately, I received zero sympathies or assistance from the whole blossoms team for my late delivery. The flowers were closed entirely, and there was no time before my event to let them open.

I was in constant communication about the delay and the resulting issues. I received blocks of text about how none of this was a problem or their fault (really, it is FedEX's fault).

I am so depressed that I trusted my daughter's baptism to this company. I have closed buds that arrived late, and I had to purchase other flowers at the groceries store.

I hope this does not happen to anyone else
