Order Cancelation was not possible, right after I ordered the wrong Item. The support page said contact the customer support but there was no possibility to get in contact with it. it led me always back to the FAQ page which was not helpful

But the delivery is a big problem using Evri , they delivered to the wrong address and then sent delivery photo of wrong address, luckily 2 doors down so neighbours delivered, this is not the first time they have done this to me and also lost parcel completely. Please don’t use them for my orders in the future.

I made a slight mistake in inputting my email address so my order went through as did the payment but I couldnot sort a return out. However Customer services did finally find my order and change my email to the right one so all is good.

No email address, no phone number, reached out on Facebook but took so long to reply I had moved on.

Ordering from Wiggle was quite straight forward with acceptable prices, but it all fell down at delivery. EVRI is not the best! I had to change my delivery option to my local Post Office, about 500 yards away, this confused the issue no end and in the end order from placing to delivery was nearly 2 weeks!! Not impressed.

Everything went great with the delivery! The package showed up right on time and in perfect shape. No problems at all—really happy with how smooth it was. Would definitely use this service again.

Searching is very inconsistent. Sometimes you’re recommended a product below another product, but it’s impossible to find again through a search.
The selection of products on offer is definitely reduced these days.
Order processing is fine, but not the remarkably quick service we used to get. Half of this is probably down to the privatisation of the Royal Mail, to be fair.
Another difference is that Wiggle now seems to operate like Amazon Marketplace, so you’re not guaranteed delivery on all products if you live outside the UK. The actual supplier might not deliver.
There was a time when every second cyclist I knew bought from Wiggle, but today the incentive is not really there. It’s fine, but you might also find ‘fine’ more locally.
