I ordered bike shorts
I ordered bike shorts. My address is in the US. This was clear from the order. However, since wiggle does not do its own fulfilment the shipping company contacted me saying i need to pay charges that are basically the value of the shorts, so the real price was essentially double. The wiggle "contact us" button does nothing, there is no way to reach anyone. Buried way deep in the Q&A is some reference to potential foreign duties and Wiggle saying they have no responsibility. Fine - but they do at least have a responsibility to warn prospective buyers that whatever they buy may be hit with huge duties. they do none of that. And, again, there is no way to reach anyone. All the emails are noreply@ bla bla. I can only hope i actually get a refund when the shipper sends the item back. I'm not counting on it though.
First Purchase from Latin America – Totally Worth It
My order arrived even a day earlier than expected and was perfectly packaged. I bought a Zone3 wetsuit (size S) and a DHB neoprene cap. The wetsuit really impressed me with its excellent quality and perfect fit. The cap, on the other hand, arrived a bit wrinkled and the stitching could be better, though it still does the job. Despite that, the whole shopping experience was excellent, with clear tracking provided from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend Wiggle and will be buying here again without hesitation.
Disappointed....
Buying from Wiggle used to be a great experience, not so good now. The product selection is greatly reduced, there are no reviews or web chat to help guide your purchase, and product descriptions are not as informative as they used to be. As a result, the top tube bag I bought was a disappointment. I feel the reviews would have informed me beforehand that the bag flops to the side instead of sitting neatly on the tube, and the web chat would have recommended a better product. Will be looking elsewhere for future purchases

Speedo swimsuit - not great.
I ordered a Speedo swimsuit. It's a nice design, but compared to previous purchases (DHB, TYR, and Maru) the product is poor quality. The fabric is horribly textured and scratchy, and the stitching is clumsy. It's not up to the standard I expect speedo to be. The tags on the garment also suggest it is a 'Sports Direct' product, and I never buy stuff from there because it goods from there are often a bit iffy when it comes to quality.
It wasn't cheap, either, especially with the £5 delivery charge. I probably would avoid buying online again, so I can feel the fabric and quality prior to purchase.

Please don’t use evri as a delivery company as they are hopeless! I cannot fault wiggle but I paid for next day delivery which is today and am still waiting following an email from every to say “sorry” we will try to deliver by 9pm tomorrow. Evri lost my order
Evri lost my order, after reading some wiggle reviews I was expecting little help but they were brilliant, I was offered a replacement or refund straight away, plus 10% off my next order and next day delivery. I can only go with how my case was dealt with so 5 stars and I will shop with them again.

According to their guidelines I was a large.
I ordered an XL to be sure.
The tops turned up and they were minute. One looked like a crop top and another could not fasten the zip.
Good luck speaking to Customer service. You have to hunt the internet to find their email.
To send anything back you have to pay for postage.
They could not care less that whatever you order, the sizes that turn up might have a L or XL label in it but they told me they (wiggle) are not responsible for what size each manufacture makes their clothing in. This is totally against UK consumer law.
Essentially whatever you buy, what will turn up is a random size of clothing
You are expected to buy something which the size guidelines are totally random from item to item.
